00:00Pastora Polo Kibuloy's supporters were delighted by the initial temporary protection order of Davao City RTC.

00:10The barricades were removed by the police, but the PNP will clarify the contents of the order.

00:24Mel, because of different interpretations of the temporary protection order, the presence of the police will still remain in the KOJC compound.

00:34But the members of the KOJC will be given access to the main entrance.

00:40In a building inside the Kingdom of Jesus Christ compound in Davao City, the police are searching for the KOJC founder, Pastora Polo Kibuloy.

00:52In this video captured by several members of the KOJC, there is a loud noise inside the Jose Maria College building inside the compound.

01:01It started at 4 am.

01:07The PNP said that their ground-penetrating radar was under attack by heartbeats from an underground bunker inside the compound.

01:17The GMA Integrated News tried to confirm to the PNP that they were inside the building, but they refused to give details of what was happening inside the compound.

01:28The KOJC immediately went to the Davao Regional Trial Court to request a temporary restraining order and injunction against the PNP.

01:38It also happened that the Davao City RTC issued a temporary protection order in favor of the KOJC.

01:46This was after the KOJC asked for it on July 1.

01:50The court ordered the police to stop any activities that are dangerous to life, freedom, security, and property of the petitioners.

01:59The court also ordered the PRO-11 to remove all barricades that block access to and outside the compound.

02:14When the news broke, the members of the KOJC were ashamed to be outside the compound.

02:22The KOJC officials immediately refused the arrest of the Police Regional Office-11.

02:28According to the court, the restrictions and control imposed by the PNP-11 over and within the compound of KOJC and GMC-FI

02:38noticeably trampled not only the property rights of the petitioners, its officers and members, but also the exercise of the religious freedom and academic rights.

02:49According to the PNP, they will clarify in the Davao RTC its order.

02:54Our presence there is based on a valid warrant of arrest issued by the court and addressed in that address.

03:04And pending any order from the court that says Police Regional Office-11 is ordered to vacate and stop the implementation of the warrant,

03:13then that will be the time that we're going to vacate.

03:17According to the PNP, they are having a hard time finding Kibuloy, so the operation was delayed.

03:23But they are convinced that it's just inside the compound.

03:27First, the KOJC asked Davao City Mayor Basti Duterte to implement his power as local chief executive,

03:34as well as the implementation of the Emergency Peace and Order Council Meeting,

03:38so that the PNP can explain to them the operation of the KOJC compound.

03:42And if the Peace and Order Committee finds that this is irregular, illegal,

03:47to issue a resolution declaring the same as illegal and requiring the Philippine National Police to leave the premises of the KOJC compound.

03:58Mayor Duterte said that he respects the implementation of the warrant of arrest, as long as it's in accordance with the law.

04:04But he said that the police did not follow the correct implementation of the warrant and used excessive force on innocent civilians.

04:14He said that he wants to know, but the police will only listen to the PNP chief and President Bongbong Marcos.

04:21He also recognized the right of the members of the KOJC to protest,

04:26but he asked to do it in a peaceful manner and not in violation of the traffic laws.

04:32The traffic laws affecting Davao Airport will be remembered because of the protest of the KOJC.
