00:00For the first time, because it happens rarely, I have seen people, especially from the institutions,
00:13who have expressed what they are doing day by day, so it has satisfied us,
00:21especially in relation to dermatological pathologies.
00:25I have to say that, despite being our own, we have to say this,
00:31of the pathologies that still do not have a dignity,
00:34that is, think, they are not even calculated in the ISTAT, for example,
00:38and to say that we are in many millions, so we could also move the containers of the pans,
00:45but instead I have to say that, despite this, these are professional people
00:51who know that millions, because only the pathologies that our association has under its umbrella,
00:59are millions of patients, today we have not felt forgotten,
01:05and this has satisfied me in a particular way,
01:08because for what they could do, some commitment has been made.
01:12If nothing else, seeing each other again and talking about it again is a very important thing.
01:16The path to diagnose a pathology can be long.
01:21First of all, you go to the pharmacist, then you go to the general medicine doctor.
01:27It clearly depends on the behavior of this general medicine doctor,
01:31if he knows the pathology well, if he realizes the severity,
01:35to immediately pass it on to a specialist.
01:38There are waiting lists, so sometimes,
01:41to have seriously diagnosed one of our pathologies,
01:46I am talking about psoriasis, psoriasis arthritis, vitiligo and atopic dermatitis,
01:54sometimes it takes a long time.
01:56It also takes a long time for bureaucratic problems,
02:01such as waiting lists or incompetence, depending on what you encounter at the beginning.
02:08And who you meet at the beginning is fundamental,
02:11because it should avoid what then becomes a pilgrimage of a patient
02:16who, to be satisfied, knows what he has and what he has to do,
02:21in case he starts going to a doctor, then to another, then to another,
02:25when instead the path for which associations fight
02:29is that of a clean, transparent, rapid and safe path in the public structure.
