00:25issued a statement in the social platform Exdeclare Interestand.
00:29In the text, the municipality authorities choose to denounce and reject any attempt
00:34to return to violence as an instrument to obtain political positions and power.
00:39Consequently, they declared themselves independent from any political party stating to have freely
00:43and responsibly chosen to support the candidacy of President Nicolás Maduro as it aligns
00:49with their shared wish to build a future where peace, stability, education, economic growth,
00:54and employment are the common goals to guide Venezuela.
