YSRCP Govt Reverse Tendering on Polavaram: రాష్ట్రానికి జీవనాడి అయిన పోలవరం ప్రాజెక్టు తిరోగమనం పట్టడానికి వైఎస్సార్సీపీ ప్రభుత్వం తీసుకొచ్చిన రివర్స్‌ టెండర్‌ విధానమే కారణమైంది. డబ్బు ఆదా కాకపోగా ప్రాజెక్టును గోదాట్లో కలిపేసినట్లు అయ్యింది. 15 వందల 48 కోట్ల నుంచి 4 వేల 637 కోట్లకు పోలవరం పనుల వ్యయం పెరిగింది. అదనపు పనులతో గుత్తేదారు సంస్థ మేఘాకు భారీ లబ్ధి కలిగింది. ఆర్థిక, సాంకేతిక, నిర్మాణ, నిర్వహణ లోపాలతో మొత్తం ప్రాజెక్టును రివర్స్‌ బాట పట్టించి రాష్ట్రానికి వేల కోట్ల నష్టం చేకూర్చినవారందరిపై తగిన చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలన్న డిమాండ్లు వినిపిస్తున్నాయి.
