00:00I'm looking for big bucks. I won't be working, you will be working.
00:06Lord Sugar's on the hunt for a brand new business partner.
00:10The whole point of this is to prove that we can start a business with £250,000.
00:16This is not about chance in your arm. I want a business model, a business plan. I want someone who's going to go for it.
00:22Ready to fight for his funding, 20 aspiring entrepreneurs.
00:28This place is full of sharks. You've got a noose here around your neck. I am the judge, jury and executioner.
00:36On the table, a quarter million pound investment and a 50-50 partnership with Britain's toughest backer.
00:45Someone must think they're being clever. That is not a bleeding skeleton, OK? That's a skeleton.
00:50Right, guys, go, go, go.
00:52It's a deal worth fighting for.
00:54I am like three times as sexual as you are, Daniel.
00:57That performance is absolutely appalling.
00:59You basically just stole that diamond off him.
01:0220 candidates.
01:05I just feel so proud of what we have done.
01:0712 tough weeks.
01:09What do men dislike the most, vegetables, waxing or cricket?
01:13One life-changing opportunity.
01:16You're fired. You're fired. You have got a lot, a lot to learn. You're fired.
01:28Previously on The Apprentice...
01:31You are going to come up with premium puddings.
01:35..project manager Roisin...
01:37Sophisticated cheesecake.
01:39..poured her energy into teapot.
01:42What I like about it is you've taken the nation's favourite drink and one of the nation's favourite desserts
01:47and you've blended them with a bit of fun.
01:49While on Katie's team...
01:51I thought a trifle different.
01:53Yeah, I like that.
01:54..a recipe for disaster.
01:56That's horrible.
01:58The second one that you've got now is the blackberry finished with dyed yuzu fruit.
02:02And under pressure...
02:04Did you say dyed?
02:05Dried.
02:06Sorry, dried.
02:07..Mark choked.
02:10Would you like some water?
02:11Yes, please. That would be great. I'm very, very sorry.
02:13That was so embarrassing.
02:15..served up in the boardroom.
02:17They thought it was wonderful.
02:19A sweet deal for Roisin.
02:2120,000.
02:22Very well done.
02:23But for Katie...
02:25I cannot see how a restaurant is going to work with you and I.
02:31..no sugar coating.
02:33You're fired.
02:34Thank you for the opportunity.
02:36Then Sanjay was sent on his way.
02:38I'm waiting to hear about the money.
02:40You're fired.
02:42They became the 14th and 15th casualties of the boardroom.
02:47Now five remain to fight for the chance to become Lord Sugar's business partner.
03:07One week to go.
03:09Hello.
03:10Good morning.
03:11Lord Sugar would like you to meet him at the Leadenhall building tomorrow morning.
03:15Please have your business plans ready.
03:17Thank you.
03:20Guys, we need to meet at the Leadenhall building tomorrow morning.
03:24We're Lord Sugar. We have to bring our business plans.
03:26Oh!
03:28It's happening.
03:31For the final five, 24 hours to perfect their plans.
03:39Holder of the highest sales figures but worst record overall,
03:44digital marketing man Mark Wright.
03:48The process has been far harder than I expected.
03:53I'm feeling bruised and battered but I've learnt so much.
03:56Nothing before matters.
03:58It's all about tomorrow. That's it.
04:03Technology entrepreneur Solomon Akhtar is the youngest survivor.
04:08I am only 23 but I think that's a great thing.
04:10I've got lots of energy.
04:12I am an ideas person.
04:13I don't think they're that interested in how much money it's going to make in year one, year two, year three.
04:17It's all about the idea.
04:19Sharing highest ranking in the process and owner of a top 100 start-up, Bianca Miller.
04:27I've worked so hard to get to this stage.
04:30I really need to be able to convey my credibility tomorrow
04:33and prove myself as a businesswoman who has an investable business proposition to give to Lord Sugar.
04:39Quiz company owner Daniel Lassman has faced the final boardroom four times.
04:46One thing that I will say in this process I've proved is determination, motivation and passion.
04:51That's all you really need.
04:531.590.
04:54I've learnt so much about myself. I feel like I've grown as a businessman.
04:58I'm a fighter. I'm so close. I can't let this opportunity go.
05:02Holding joint best record in the process, former accountant Roisin Hogan has stood out all the way.
05:11I know my business plan is really solid.
05:15I believe in it so much that I actually left my job to pursue this.
05:19Sorry.
05:26Can I just take a second? Sorry.
05:32I don't know what's happening. Just thought about it there.
05:39It means everything to me.
05:58I can't believe it's finally here.
05:59I know.
06:06I didn't sleep that well last night. I was worried. I've thought about every question they're going to ask.
06:11Yeah, I'm worried.
06:15Plans in hand. It's off to the city.
06:26I don't know. Mine feels more like a winner, Dan.
06:28Yours feels heavier. You've got a bigger font than me.
06:43Have you included your financials, Solomon?
06:46I've got the nitty-gritty stuff sort of in my mind.
06:50The Leadenhall Building.
06:54A 224 metres latest addition to London's skyline.
07:20Good morning.
07:22Good morning, Sir.
07:24It was 11 weeks ago you started on this process in one of the oldest markets in the city
07:31and now you're in a brand-new skyscraper.
07:35And like you, you're going to be the first in the world to build a skyscraper.
07:41And you're going to be the first in the world to build a skyscraper.
07:45You're in a brand-new skyscraper.
07:48And like you, it's not open for business yet.
07:52I've only got a very brief understanding of what your business plans are about.
07:57So I'm going to put you in front of four of my trusted advisors.
08:01They will report back and in the end, two of you will go through to the final
08:06and three of you will be leaving the process.
08:09Now please hand your business plans over to Karen and Nick.
08:16I don't want to know what any of your plans are. I don't care what your plans are.
08:21I just want to focus on mine and I want to focus on going to the final, to be totally honest.
08:29Waiting upstairs, four of Lord Sugar's most trusted advisors.
08:37Good morning.
08:38Take a seat.
08:39With a gift for reading between the lines, publishing heavyweight Mike Souter.
08:47The business idea is to create hosiery for different skin tones
08:52and also to create a shapewear range.
08:55So you want Lord Sugar to get into tights?
08:58Yes.
08:59That's an interesting visual image.
09:03Managing director of a leading media agency, Mike Souter.
09:07Director of a leading media agency, Claudine Collins.
09:12So you've built your main company at university, but you've got a side project called Willie Keeney.
09:18What is that?
09:19Her job today, expose the people behind the plans.
09:24Basically it's kind of like a mannequin, but it's a smaller version of it.
09:29OK, got it.
09:31Claude Littner, Lord Sugar's former global troubleshooter.
09:37Hi Daniel, sit.
09:38Hi, pleased to meet you.
09:39Here to uncover the pitfalls of each potential partner.
09:44Are you any good at numbers?
09:45Not really. I concentrate on what I'm good at. That's the truth, Claude.
09:49It's embarrassing that you don't know the numbers, to be honest with you.
09:51Yeah, that's something I'm definitely going to take away from this.
09:53The importance of knowing your yearly accounts.
09:55Well, daily.
09:57Finally...
09:58Hiya.
09:59Mark.
10:00How are you?
10:01Take a seat.
10:02Recruitment specialist and former winner of Lord Sugar's investment, Ricky Martin.
10:08I look at CVs day in, day out, and I've got used to looking at where the bullshit is.
10:12And it says that you joined the company in September 2012 as a sales manager, is that correct?
10:17No, I joined them in September as an internet marketing consultant.
10:20So why would your CV read sales manager?
10:23Oh, OK. I think basically I've summarised what my longest time in the business was.
10:28How long have you been a sales manager for?
10:30It was just under a year.
10:31I see that as being deceitful.
10:34I think it's going to be one of the toughest days in the whole process.
10:37No matter what's in your business plan, they will ask you something that you haven't even thought of yet.
10:42Sounds easy. Not.
10:54Daniel's the best to go first.
10:56Why?
10:57Well, if you go after him, you'll look good, won't you?
11:01Daniel, you obviously take enormous pride in your sales abilities, I see, from your CV.
11:06In 2009, you say you were named Salesperson of the Year at the company that you worked for.
11:12When we contacted them for a reference, they said you absolutely did not win an award.
11:18Yeah, no. I was awarded with the highest figures.
11:21You weren't awarded with the highest figures?
11:23Yeah. It was a fact, though.
11:27Tell me about your business plan.
11:30We ship start-ups as a logistics company for university students and also for new businesses.
11:34So if you're running a company and you don't have time to package, ship, store, stock,
11:39you know, say this glass, we send your glasses straight from the supplier in China to our warehouse,
11:44and you'll know that as soon as you get an order, all you need to do is check your app,
11:47you get an notification each one of these ships out of our warehouse.
11:49OK, can you put that down somewhere? I don't want to break it. Sorry.
11:53You come across like an excitable puppy.
11:56Ah.
11:58Are there any other exaggerations, lies within your CV?
12:03In fact, to be honest, Mike, I would honestly say that the CV's probably under-exaggerated.
12:10You and Daniel are very competitive.
12:12I think we have similar backgrounds. We haven't been to university, we've come from sales,
12:16so that's where that's come from. So you've been head-to-head?
12:18We've been head-to-head the whole time, but I have sold a lot more than he has.
12:23Mark ended up bringing in almost 20 times more than you.
12:26It makes him look like an absolutely stellar salesman and you like quite an ordinary one.
12:31Yeah, well, I've got an answer to that.
12:33I was selling 50-pound caps when he was selling 3,000-pound hot tubs.
12:38If he doesn't shut up about those hot tubs, honestly, I am going to throw him out the window.
12:45I landed my manager a fantastic product to sell, but I wasn't allowed to sell it.
12:49If we had the same product to sell, then judge us.
12:52Mind you, even when you take that particular result out of your sales, he still outsold you.
12:56May I get the figures? Because it must have been extremely close.
12:59He outsold you.
13:00If it was five...
13:01So this wasn't luck?
13:02No, no, that...
13:03This was consistency?
13:05Honestly, guys, I felt Roisin and Bianca's business plan.
13:08They're pretty wastey.
13:10Yeah.
13:11They spend a lot of time doing the nitty-gritty.
13:13I personally don't think life's about that.
13:16Roisin's a dark horse, seriously.
13:18If she goes up there and has a good interview, she'll go into the final.
13:22She's that calibre.
13:27So, in a nutshell...
13:29Summarise.
13:30So, in a nutshell...
13:32Summarise exactly what your business proposition is.
13:35OK, my business proposition is a virtually carbohydrate-free, ultra-low-calorie ready meal.
13:42This business has the potential to be bigger, I think, than any other proposition here today.
13:46OK. You've said on your CV that you're an accountant and you'll always be an accountant.
13:51Oh, yes, absolutely.
13:52Do you think that's a good thing?
13:53Lord Sugar's looking for a business partner, he's not looking for an accountant.
13:57The business plan is about revolutionising the combined hosiery and shapewear market.
14:02The business plan is about revolutionising the combined hosiery and shapewear market.
14:07A lot of women have great difficulty finding types that are the right colour for them.
14:11And equally, finding shapewear that works, that's comfortable, that can be used regularly.
14:17OK, right.
14:18You're starting with two offerings and it will be hard enough to actually do one.
14:23But to actually decide to go into both of them at the same time...
14:26I understand your concerns, but I know from speaking to women and my stylist speaking to women that this is an issue.
14:32I think the proposition, as you've put it, is a non-starter.
14:40Mark doesn't deal well with surprises, he hates surprises, he likes planning, he likes methodical thinking.
14:45If someone puts something in me, like someone whips out a fish or something random, I can react to that.
14:50But I think Mark wouldn't know how to deal with it.
14:54So, Mark, what is your business plan and is a condensed sentence as you can give it to me?
14:58It is an advanced digital marketing company which helps small and medium-sized businesses generate leads.
15:04I run a recruitment company.
15:05OK.
15:06I probably get 20 to 30 calls a day from digital marketing companies.
15:09So, you're ringing my business, sell me a solution to get me higher up on a search engine.
15:14OK, all right. Do you want me to call you now?
15:16Yes, please.
15:17OK. Hi, Ricky, it's Mark Wright here. How are you doing?
15:19I'm good, thanks.
15:24So, Solomon, you describe yourself as somebody from the ideas generation.
15:30I'm always tapping away on my phone, using notes for ideas I've probably come up with, you know, one or two a day.
15:35You must think they're pretty good ideas, otherwise you wouldn't tap them down into your phone, right?
15:39Yeah, I think some of them are really good ideas, yeah.
15:41Well, shall we test that out, then?
15:43Yeah.
15:44I had your phone brought from the house.
15:46OK.
15:47Go on.
15:48Thank you.
15:49Pitch me some.
15:51OK, cool.
15:54So, one is called Breakfast in Bed.
15:57OK.
15:58It's an idea where you can send the ingredients to make a breakfast to someone in the UK.
16:05Haven't you just described online shopping?
16:09I'm a local business consultant that works in your area.
16:12Basically, what I can do is come in and assess your website when people come to your website,
16:16where they're clicking, how they're interacting with the site.
16:18You've got to stop me, Mark. I haven't got the time for this call.
16:21Erm...
16:23Sorry, I'm just having a quick look.
16:25Because, obviously, there's a lot of other different things in here, as well as good ideas.
16:29Well, OK, another one is, I was thinking, when I was working really, really long hours,
16:33wouldn't it be great at lunch hour? A lot of people were saying,
16:35I wish I could just have a kip.
16:36I was thinking, why not open a shop on the high street?
16:39You can pay and you can actually just have a single bed and refresh yourself during the day.
16:43You know, we all work such long hours.
16:44So, you've just described a hotel.
16:47Do you know what, Mark? I've got 20 of your calls a day.
16:49Why should I trust you? You've got no trade in history.
16:51Ricky, let me come in, buy you a coffee, have half an hour of your time,
16:54and I guarantee you'll be impressed. If not, we'll shake hands and go the other way.
16:57Well, give me more confidence, Mark.
16:58What qualifications do you have in what you do?
17:00OK. I've been working with one of the major search engines...
17:04Qualifications, not experience.
17:05Oh, qualifications. OK.
17:07I've... OK. It depends what you deem is more...
17:10I'm really sorry, Mark. I've got to go. I've got a meeting to go to.
17:12OK.
17:14The point I'm making is there is a lot more that you need to think about
17:17if you're going to make this business work. Sure.
17:21Rescue the situation with a simple but brilliant idea,
17:25direct from the ideas generation.
17:29Well, what about my business plan? That came from my phone.
17:32I think that's one of the best ideas I've had. We ship start-ups.
17:35I've seen your business plan and I think there's some real flaws in there.
17:40It's eight pages long.
17:43Almost half of it is pictures.
17:46I know this sounds naive, but it's all about the idea,
17:48making sure there's a brilliant idea. It's not.
17:50It's just not a business plan.
17:55I've taken the biggest risk of all.
17:57You know, I've given up a job that was, you know, very safe, secure,
18:01very lucrative, that I was really good at, and I've really backed myself.
18:05I definitely am very ambitious with my business
18:07and I think it has the potential to be a global
18:10and international product.
18:12Have you actually run a business, though?
18:14I've never run my own business, no.
18:17And you haven't really got any experience in this area, have you?
18:21No, but obviously I eat food.
18:25I think with Roisin, she's an accountant trying to go into ready meals.
18:28That's a tough task.
18:30I think she'll get a lot of stick about her experience.
18:33Would you want to put up a quarter of a meal into someone who, yeah,
18:36is clued up and got an idea, but never gone down that route?
18:39You know, it's a tough industry to crack.
18:41I don't think it's a sure-fire thing at all.
18:43It's been through market research to a certain extent.
18:45Has it? How many people have you...?
18:47Well, I've had one focus group, six respondents in the focus group,
18:51and then family and friends.
18:53So, sorry, I just want to check that I'm not getting this wrong.
18:56Yeah, sure.
18:57You're talking about millions of pounds and a global business
19:00that's been tested on six people and friends and family?
19:03Yeah.
19:04Yeah.
19:15What is the big idea of your business plan?
19:19The idea is for me to go from my current successful pub quizzes company,
19:23grow it, expand it into my own events company.
19:26So my idea is to run the whole event.
19:28Find them the venue, find them the entertainment,
19:31find them the catering, everything, and just...
19:33Right, let me stop you there. OK.
19:35Absolutely fine.
19:36You're providing the whole package. I completely understand that.
19:39That's not what you're doing.
19:41Effectively, that is the business plan.
19:43We're running it exactly like an events company.
19:46The only difference is it's based on the internet,
19:48simply to give us an edge.
19:50When you go online, you've got a visual aid
19:52to sort your event on the internet.
19:54This is where it's going to get a bit sticky for you,
19:56because, frankly, your business plan is ridiculous.
19:59If I've got my one big day of my life, a wedding, OK,
20:02I'm not going to trust it to a website.
20:04What you've suggested is genuinely significantly flawed.
20:08I've stuck to what I know.
20:09I've got an idea that I really believe in here.
20:11Don't talk rubbish, OK, because I'll have you for it.
20:14I just believe in an idea, Claude.
20:15I don't disbelieve what you're saying.
20:17I just think there's a different way around it, to be honest.
20:19It is ridiculous. Honestly, it is ridiculous. Yeah.
20:22It's ridiculous.
20:27Let's move on to your business idea.
20:29So, this is hosiery, tights. Tights.
20:33And also shapewear.
20:35I think, with hindsight, we're offering the shapewear
20:37way too early in the grand scheme of things in the plan,
20:40and we should really work on the hosiery first, get that right,
20:43and then maybe offer that later down the line.
20:46You're changing your mind? I'm not changing my mind,
20:49but what I think is that, you know, my plan is very ambitious.
20:53You know, in terms of business, I am quite young,
20:55I am quite new to business,
20:57but I really believe I have the passion,
20:59the drive and the determination to bring this to market,
21:02and I really believe it will work.
21:04OK. So, I spoke to one of Britain's leading fashion editors...
21:08OK. ..about the concept of nude tights.
21:13And she said you're really on to something.
21:16Thank you.
21:22You've given an enormous amount of detail,
21:24and I promise you I've spent hours and hours on the thing.
21:26You make lots of claims here, and it's hard to know where to start.
21:29OK. But the trouble about your business plan is... Yeah.
21:32..you've gone global from day one, virtually.
21:35Well, I wouldn't... I wouldn't agree with that.
21:38I do think it has the potential to go global.
21:41But it's a focused launch, initially,
21:44with maybe 100 stores from a key retailer.
21:46100 stores? Oh, you're dreaming.
21:48If you are incredibly lucky, they'll trial it in three stores.
21:51Even if I get it into those three stores, they will sell out
21:54and they will put it in 100 stores.
21:56They'll put it in thousands of stores. They may not.
21:58Well, you know, I wouldn't be here if I thought the same way.
22:01You might be.
22:02In the event that you did get the £250,000 investment,
22:05you'll blow the money in no time.
22:07Well, no... You run out of cash...
22:10..month two. No cash.
22:12Well, no, the 250...
22:14You see, the mayhem structure of the cash flow
22:16is that 50% of my sales will be on credit, 50% will be cash up front.
22:19OK. That's ridiculous. OK.
22:21Nobody's going to give you credit.
22:23Why would anyone give you credit? It's ridiculous.
22:25You're a tiny operator. You're not even a blip on anyone's screen.
22:28Do you know what? OK. Not in a month of Sundays. OK.
22:34I don't know what to feel, to be honest.
22:36Would you say you're the worst?
22:38You know, when I think back over all of them now,
22:40when you've, like, now I've done three,
22:42I think they're all equally bad.
22:45You've lost seven, you've won three,
22:48you lost when you were project manager.
22:50I thought, to be honest with you, I would breeze through it.
22:53It's been all but that. I'm very lucky to still be here.
22:56On the last task, you had a particularly difficult time.
23:00I went into one of the biggest supermarkets in the UK.
23:03It was the last pitch of the day.
23:05I'd sold how good of a salesman I am, how good of a person I am,
23:08how good of a manager I am.
23:10It was the last pitch of the day.
23:12I'd sold how good of a salesman I am, how good of a pitcher I am,
23:15went in there, and no words would come out of my mouth.
23:18It was so embarrassing, because ever since I was little,
23:21I wanted to be a businessman.
23:23And I was thinking the most ridiculous things,
23:25like I wanted to make my mum and dad proud
23:27that I got into the final five,
23:29and I crumbled and I shouldn't be making those mistakes.
23:33OK.
23:41I'm enjoying it, actually, to be honest with you.
23:43I can't wait to meet the old boy, Claude.
23:45I generally feel quite excited about going in there.
23:47I think it's all about ideas. My idea generally is amazing.
23:50Good luck. Yeah, you'll do great.
23:55Yeah, that's quite all right.
23:57I hope that Solly pulls his head in from how he sits down here
24:00and can be a businessman up there.
24:02Personality and charm are wonderful,
24:04but there has to be something, some substance behind that.
24:10Hi, there. Nice to meet you.
24:16Right. This is my tenth year of doing this,
24:20and I've got to say that when I read your application form,
24:24and then when I read your CV...
24:30..it filled me with pleasure.
24:34There were no boastful brags about how great you are
24:37or you're the greatest salesman or you're the greatest everything.
24:40It was very, very mature, very nicely written.
24:43So, from my point of view, that was a sheer pleasure.
24:46Thank you so much for saying that.
24:48I think it's incredibly enterprising
24:50that whilst you were studying, you also started this business,
24:54which, to all intents and purposes, looks like it's taken off.
25:00I've never put so many ticks next to anybody.
25:03On your application form, you said you're very competitive,
25:06you're a bad loser, you're loud, you're an attention seeker.
25:10Do you still stand by all of that?
25:12I feel like I've learned from mistakes
25:14and I am a changed person from this process.
25:17OK.
25:18I've come here claiming that I'm the complete businessman,
25:21realising I'm far from that.
25:23At Task 345, I was getting in a lot of arguments,
25:26rubbing people up the wrong way.
25:28Granted, when going in the boardroom,
25:31they got fired,
25:32so Lord Shug obviously saw me as a rough diamond
25:35that he could potentially polish up
25:37and make into a real business candidate,
25:40and I believe that that's what I am now.
25:42It's impressive. Thank you very much.
25:47OK, look, I've told you how pleased I was with your CV,
25:54and then I came on to actually look at the proposal
25:58that you're pitching for Lord Shugger,
26:01and, frankly, it's a bloody disgrace.
26:05It's a bloody disgrace.
26:07For ten years I've done this,
26:09I've never seen something that's put together two bloody pages
26:13with pictures on one page.
26:15What do you think you're coming here for?
26:17What do you think you're coming here for?
26:19You can leave.
26:21Goodbye.
26:24Can I argue the...? Can I say...?
26:26Can I argue...? You've given me pictures of sailboats.
26:29You've given me pictures of sailboats.
26:31What am I going to work on? Pictures of sailboats?
26:33What is that? What is that?
26:35That's a legacy, yeah, a legacy. You're taking the piss.
26:37Please leave.
26:41That's not the way out.
26:47Fuck you.
26:57It's pretty bad.
26:59You're joking. No, I'm not joking. You are, you are.
27:01I'm not joking, 100%.
27:03He looked at my plan and just said, like,
27:05what was going through your mind?
27:07He just lost his mind and was like,
27:09bloody disgrace, get out of the room.
27:11And then I said to him, like, well, I'm really sorry,
27:14can I have a chance? He was like, just get out,
27:16like, get out right now.
27:18I walked the wrong way, cos I was confused.
27:20I went for the window, I went, like, I didn't know where to go.
27:23I was getting out of there as quick as possible cos he was so angry.
27:26Dan, stop laughing.
27:27In my naivety, I didn't realise that this needed to be
27:29such a comprehensive document.
27:31Now I realise my error, obviously, and I'm upset that I haven't done that.
27:39You're a very impressive lady. Oh, thank you.
27:41Very good CV. Wow, thanks.
27:44Tell me a bit about yourself, though.
27:46OK, just anything, just background?
27:48Yeah, I just want to know a bit about you.
27:50I am 25. I went to Sydenham High School.
27:54Something that I wouldn't know from reading your CV.
27:57I'm extremely determined.
27:59Everything I do, it's working towards, like, a bigger goal.
28:02So I get the feeling people would know that.
28:04Tell me something about yourself that no-one would know.
28:10You know, I guess, outside of, you know, business life,
28:15you know, I love being with my friends and family.
28:18They're kind of, you know, really important to me,
28:20probably my driving force.
28:22I guess people don't really see the kind of emotional side of me.
28:27Why? I don't know.
28:29I'm always perceived as being, you know, the strong businesswoman,
28:32and I think that's a good thing.
28:34You talk all the time, all the time on your CV,
28:37about professionalism and being professional.
28:40Do you think you take professionalism so far
28:42that it stops you having a personality?
28:44I think, if I'm honest, it feels like you're hiding behind a mask.
28:48The one I can't read into is Bianca.
28:54She's so intimidating and serious and robotic.
28:58She puts up a front the whole time.
29:04It's kind of like, oh, you know,
29:06you're always trying to be professional, what are you hiding?
29:08Like, I'm hiding something.
29:10When this is just how I am. How are you?
29:12I don't know how to... Well, no.
29:14I am like this. I don't...
29:16You know, it's a fair question, it's a fair question,
29:18but I'm starting to wonder myself.
29:20I'm like, am I hiding something? I don't know.
29:22I don't know.
29:23Claudine has really rattled you.
29:25I just felt like it was quite an attack on me as a person
29:29as opposed to anything else, and I think that was quite hard.
29:34Your business plan describes delicious,
29:36filling, nutritious, ready meals.
29:39What's really different about these is the unique ingredient
29:43that we are using as the basis for these, which is a vegetable fibre,
29:47and it can be shaped into different forms,
29:49like pasta and noodles and rice.
29:51You talk about it being unique,
29:54but at the same time, I think it's a bit more complex.
29:57It's a bit more complex,
29:59You talk about it being unique,
30:02but it's not unique.
30:04It's available here in health food shops.
30:10It's available in this form, which is what I call its raw form.
30:13So it's not available in ready meal form?
30:15In ready meal form, or with the...
30:17Wrong.
30:22There's a ready meal right there, using that exact ingredient.
30:29I was unaware of that.
30:31You've created an entire business plan here,
30:34based on the idea of this being a completely unique ingredient,
30:38which isn't being used in ready meals,
30:40and it is, and the proof is here.
30:56Your business plan.
31:00The first business plan I've ever written, as you can probably...
31:03Well, most of the content is absolutely bland, standard,
31:07nothing original.
31:09Sounds like the company you're working for now.
31:11Absolutely. I'm not trying to replicate things that have been done before.
31:14However, what I'm trying to do is start with what I know,
31:17be very successful in a short time at what I have been successful,
31:21and then start to be adventurous and branch out.
31:23How sure are you that you're going to make a success of this?
31:26I've never been more confident of anything in my whole life,
31:29and that's why I've chosen to do it right now.
31:31I know how to manage people, I know how to sell this stuff,
31:33I know how to set it up and implement it correctly,
31:35so I'm very comfortable talking about this and operating it.
31:39OK.
31:41I think that's a good answer. Thank you.
31:44Hello, I'm Bianca. Nice to meet you, Bianca.
31:46Lovely to meet you, Ricky. Take a seat. Thank you.
31:48I've run a business of Lord Sugar for the last two years,
31:50so I've got a very good idea about what works with him
31:52in terms of personalities and what might not work with him.
31:55OK. So what I want to get to know is Bianca.
31:57That's the most important thing for me.
31:59So, your current business, I saw that you charge
32:01almost £150 to prepare people for an interview.
32:04You charge pretty much £300 to set up a professional networking site.
32:09You charge money to write their CV for them.
32:13All those things are an added service,
32:15an added value to what my business does.
32:18I think that it's great that you offer those services
32:21as part of your business,
32:23but most recruitment companies out there do not.
32:25There were a lot of requests for people to write a CV for them,
32:29to help them one-to-one with interview skills and so on.
32:32You know, I think...
32:36Sorry, one sec.
32:40Can I get a tissue?
32:44Thanks.
32:47Why are you upset?
32:50Sorry.
32:54Um...
32:57I'm upset because...
33:01..I think throughout this process, I've been myself.
33:06And...
33:09..me as a person and my character has been questioned,
33:13and I don't...
33:18Yeah.
33:21Sorry, can you give me a second? I don't usually cry in interviews.
33:24I wouldn't really give this as good advice for anyone that I speak to,
33:27just so you know, especially if they were paying for the advice.
33:33You know, I think what I've created as a business plan
33:36is a very good business.
33:38I agree it probably needs some help, it probably needs more streamlining,
33:41but the product, I think, is something that needs to be done
33:45and I think I'm the right person to do it.
33:47This is a fantastic opportunity.
33:49I really want to work for Lord Sugar.
33:51I think I've got something great.
33:53I just want to get a chance.
34:05Well, it was horrible.
34:08I don't know what to make of things.
34:10I just know I don't feel very positive.
34:12I think it went well.
34:14I'm just really glad it's over.
34:26I thought I was really prepared,
34:28I thought I had a watertight business plan,
34:30but the questions that I got were really, really challenging.
34:33To be honest, I don't know how I did.
34:38Interview after interview, my experience kept getting better.
34:41Solomon was getting kicked out of rooms,
34:43Roshin's business plan was getting questioned.
34:45I'm more confident than ever.
34:48I took a few digs and hits.
34:50I am a very credible, professional woman
34:53and I'm quite concerned that people think it's a facade.
34:58I wear my heart on my sleeve. That's me.
35:00You know, I've got to fight my corner in this ballroom
35:03and that's what I'm going to do.
35:07Key factors in my business plan
35:10Key factor is clearly you can learn to write a business plan
35:12but you can't learn to come up with a great idea
35:14and what I've got is a great idea
35:16and if Lord Sugar believes in the idea,
35:18then I think he will give me a chance.
35:36This is a very special year.
35:38This is the 10th year, can you believe?
35:40What I want is another business partner
35:43along the lines of the successes
35:45that we've had in the past few years.
35:47Ricky himself is now second year in.
35:50Successful, profitable.
35:52I mean, old habits die hard.
35:54I was almost expecting you to come in here with a wheelie case.
35:57Claude, you're one of the originators, together with Nick.
36:01I think, um, looking...
36:03You're worn a bit, we're better, but anyway.
36:07So, Claude, do you want to kick us off with Solomon?
36:10Well, I think he's been the best in terms of a CV.
36:14I mean, he was an absolute delight.
36:16I mean, as far as academic qualifications...
36:18The whole way he presented himself, I think, was excellent.
36:21Also, you've got to admire a guy who's at university
36:23but decides to start a business.
36:25His business plan, if I've understood it,
36:27is like a fulfilment business, isn't it?
36:29It is, yeah. Fulfilling for students, isn't it?
36:31Students who want to get a product to market
36:33and he will do the logistics for them.
36:35Looking at the business plan, there were a few pictures of sailboats.
36:38There were no numbers. You could have stuck them on your fridge.
36:41Could have done, exactly, and that's probably where they should go.
36:44I had to ask him to leave because how could I come here
36:47and pitch for him when he hadn't prepared a business plan?
36:50So he's just a very bright young man. He is.
36:52I think he really will. With no business, then.
36:54He's actually quite immature. Yeah. And that worries me.
36:57OK, Bianca.
36:58She's very concerned about her professionalism.
37:01It's about personal branding.
37:03She worries about her image. She does.
37:05Because that's her business. Yes, absolutely.
37:07She is a considered woman, actually.
37:09During the interview with Bianca, she got incredibly emotional.
37:12Without too much pressure on her, I think she felt like her personality
37:15and her credibility was being insulted.
37:17But I think her professionalism would help her make this product a success.
37:21I've had a look at her business plan, the hosiery,
37:23the different shades of hosiery.
37:25She thinks there is a demand, and I think she's probably right.
37:28I've done some research, which I found quite pleasant. Really?
37:31I did, yes. You are an expert in that, are you, Claude?
37:33There you go. Have you done some research?
37:35I've done research, yes. I can fill you in later, Alan.
37:38But I think that, in all seriousness,
37:40there are serious issues about manufacturing.
37:42I know how a manufacturer thinks.
37:44I doubt she understands the manufacturing process.
37:47I mean, she has no manufacturing background,
37:50but I spoke to a major fashion director
37:52about the concept of skin-toned hosiery,
37:56and they validated that there's a really large lucrative market here.
38:01I think she's one to take really seriously.
38:03Shall we move on? Mark.
38:05I really liked Mark a lot.
38:09He's proposing a business that he knows about.
38:12From what I've understood,
38:14he gets people's websites up the pecking order
38:17on the major search engines, is that right?
38:19Yeah, he currently works for a digital marketing company.
38:22He's done that for a firm for a couple of years,
38:24and he's been pretty damn good at it,
38:26and he'd want to do it for himself now.
38:28Can I tell you my take on the thing?
38:30He seemed to be a very serious, determined guy.
38:32When I asked him about how he would manage the business,
38:35he was very, very clear about how he would do it.
38:37I thought, and there's only one Ricky,
38:39but I thought he was another Ricky.
38:41OK, now, Roisin,
38:43someone who's a qualified accountant for a large firm of auditors,
38:47she's coming from a bean counter to a bean producer.
38:51I don't get how she just thinks she's going to go into the food business.
38:54She thinks that she will take the market by storm
38:57with her range of new diet-ready meals,
39:01which include a magic ingredient.
39:03What is it, is this thing?
39:05It's a root called konjac.
39:07It's fundamentally tasteless, but what it does do is fill you up.
39:11She claims, in the first line of her business plan,
39:14she'll be utilising a unique ingredient.
39:16It's not unique. Really?
39:18There are already suppliers of a product very similar to this.
39:23The fact is, I cannot believe that, even with your influence,
39:27she's going to be able to go to one of the large supermarkets
39:30and immediately open the door.
39:32So, if konjac was a new trend,
39:35these food bars would know all about this.
39:37And if you look at her cash flow,
39:39she's going to run out of money in month two.
39:41What, my 250 grand? Yeah, that's gone. You can forget about that.
39:44I am disappointed in hearing what you're saying here.
39:47I agree.
39:48But her idea and her business plan are just too big.
39:53Daniel, he's so obsessed with being a super salesman
39:56that actually that has turned into a real exaggeration on his CV,
40:01where he claims that he won the Salesman of the Year award.
40:05Under pressure, it turns out there was no award.
40:09So he should have got an award for his CV, the Booker Prize.
40:12For fiction, maybe.
40:14Yeah, I mean, he's got spirit. That's what I think.
40:16He's got spirit. I think that's exactly right.
40:18From my point of view, he was a young man who went in the markets,
40:21tried his best, did pretty well.
40:23He then came up with this quiz idea.
40:25And genuinely, he has made a business out of nothing.
40:28The problem arises with what he wants to do for you.
40:32So if you want to plan a wedding, you go straight onto the website,
40:35you look at your venue, you look at how many flowers you want,
40:38how many people, how many chairs, what band you want,
40:40you put it all together and that's what you do.
40:42It's like a virtual party planner. Yes, that's exactly right.
40:45Without actually meeting the people whose party it's going to be.
40:48No.
40:49I think if you went into business with Daniel,
40:51he's somebody who would work his fingers to the bone.
40:54He wouldn't stop trying. He would die in the attempt.
40:58Or you'd kill him.
41:00Or you'd kill him.
41:02Thanks a lot.
41:04Your input has assisted me in giving me some ideas.
41:07Pleasure. Thank you.
41:13PHONE RINGS
41:23Yes, Lord Sugar?
41:25Can you send the candidates in, please? Yes, Lord Sugar.
41:30We can go through to the boardroom now.
41:43WHISPERING
41:48Here we are in the 11th week,
41:51and that in itself is a great achievement, really, OK?
41:54You may have even surprised yourself, Daniel, right?
41:58Mark, you want to go into a business
42:01which actually you have some experience of already, right?
42:04It's what I call getting people up the pecking order
42:06on the major search engines.
42:08You know there's thousands and thousands of companies
42:10out there doing that, don't you?
42:12It's a busy market, yes, but I have a lot of ideas.
42:14I've been working in the industry two years
42:16and I've already proved a track record in the industry.
42:18Last year, I was the number one consultant
42:21for all people that are recognised
42:23by the biggest search engine in the world for revenue growth.
42:26All right. I'm going to accept that you're a good salesperson.
42:29However, there's running the business.
42:31My parents own several businesses
42:33and I've worked in those as a start-up with a family business
42:37to manage a business in all aspects.
42:39You know, Mark, one of the most stressful periods of anyone's life
42:42is setting up a business.
42:44The pressure can really get to you
42:46and I've seen what happens to you when the pressure gets to you.
42:48Yeah. Last week.
42:50Absolutely. Lord sugar, that's the first time that has ever happened to me.
42:53I just think that shows how much this process means to me.
42:59OK. Bianca, tell me something.
43:01My wife must have thought I was a bit nuts the other night
43:04because when I suddenly started talking to her about ladies' tights
43:07and then she looked at me even worse and said,
43:09what are you on about?
43:11I said, if you go into one of the leading retailers in the high street,
43:14how many can you choose from?
43:16Loads. They've got nude, they've got tan, tan, tan, super tan,
43:19black, grey, stripes, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
43:22So, what is different?
43:24So, I myself have gone to one of the top, most expensive tights retailers
43:28and tried to purchase tights
43:30and the darkest shade they had was not dark enough for me.
43:33I would expect to be able to pay for tights.
43:35You think there's a market there, do you? Absolutely.
43:37I have looked into the market, there isn't anyone offering it
43:39and it is something that people are looking for.
43:41I wonder whether you have an understanding
43:45of the manufacturing process that is required
43:48in order to facilitate your dream.
43:51Yes, I have found the places to manufacture. You have?
43:54Yes, I do know the factories that manufacture for the top hosiery companies,
43:58so I know where I can get it from.
44:00OK, now, Solomon, yesterday was maybe one of the most difficult days
44:05you've had since you've been in this process.
44:07I found it actually really hard.
44:09I think I want to say to you, Lord Sugar, personally,
44:11my business plan was not up to scratch, clearly.
44:13Claude gave me a bit of a rollicking.
44:15To turn up with a business plan of three or four pages,
44:19I just don't get it.
44:21Yeah, I was really embarrassed by my business plan.
44:23I am 23, I have just come straight out of university,
44:25I can be mature at times,
44:27but the idea that I think is amazing is it will work.
44:30It's all up here, I just need to be able to give them the opportunity
44:33to put it down on paper, and now I realise that error.
44:35That's what I want to do.
44:37Solomon, you are a very intelligent young man,
44:40but when I appraise your business plan
44:43and think about us working together, I'm struggling a little bit.
44:47Claude reckons that you're going to go somewhere one day, but not now.
44:53Solomon, you're fired.
44:55OK, thank you very much. Good luck. Thank you.
44:58Can I say I actually really enjoyed the process, and thanks for being fair.
45:01I think Nick and Karen, you've been very fair and truthful about the process,
45:04so thank you.
45:21I am really disappointed.
45:23I would love to be in the final, but for me to make the final five
45:26at such a young age is an achievement in itself.
45:29I think Lord Sugar sees potential in me, not right now, but in the future,
45:33so I'm very happy with that.
45:37Daniel, you started in business quite a long time ago in the markets.
45:42Now, you have got this business, good,
45:45and you're making quite a few quid per year, which is good,
45:48and I'm wondering why you didn't want to take that to the next level,
45:52because what you've put forward to me
45:55is that you want to do party planning online.
45:58You go online, you pick a venue, I'll have the bar over here,
46:01I'll put 12 tables over here, I'll order soul goujons for this,
46:06press the button, job done. That's not going to happen.
46:09If you're saying to me that the structured online part's not good enough,
46:13I completely accept that. It's a branch of the business.
46:16Basically, my business plan,
46:18it's taken exactly what I've got to the next massive corporate level.
46:21Apparently you said to Claude that all you needed was cash,
46:25a good name and some contacts.
46:27You sound like a criminal on the run, actually.
46:30All right, well, look, I hear what you said.
46:32Your mind's open to talking to me a bit more
46:35about structuring the business plan.
46:38And, Roisin, I'll be very honest with you.
46:41I'll be very honest with you.
46:43This bottom idea, pre-packed, low-calorie food,
46:48has given a lot of concern to me and to my advisers.
46:54OK.
46:55You have, with respect, no understanding of the enormous scow
47:02of things that are going to have to happen for it to be successful.
47:06Well, I do believe that this product is something
47:09that is meeting an unmet need at the moment.
47:12What I really want to do is be there first.
47:14This is something that really the market is demanding at the moment.
47:17Who said so?
47:18Well, my market research is showing...
47:20But your market research was six people outside a supermarket.
47:23But also, you know, online research.
47:25Roisin, I'm going to stick 200...
47:27It has huge potential.
47:28Pardon? It has huge potential.
47:30It might have huge potential for a massive conglomerate.
47:33They can literally open the door in all the supermarkets
47:36and just say, you're going to have to take it on the shelf.
47:39You're not in that position at all.
47:41I will be in that position.
47:42Why?
47:43Because I really believe if I can bring something of real quality
47:46and really something innovative...
47:48To fight for the space in the chillers in the supermarket
47:51is like gold dust. It's like Mayfair real estate.
47:55I understand that.
47:56And we're waiting for Roisin to come along and take the space.
47:59This is really a huge, huge market that is going to explode.
48:04Now, I looked at your business plan
48:06and I see that in the first year you're going to spend £750,000.
48:10Yeah. Well, I was very...
48:11I wanted to be very conservative with my numbers, so...
48:14That's not conservative.
48:15Well, with expenses.
48:16I'm going to give you £250,000.
48:18Where's the other £500,000 coming from?
48:20There's bank financing available.
48:21I'm not going to any bloody banks.
48:23I'm going to prove a point here, like I've done for the last few years.
48:26The whole point of this is to prove to the country
48:28that we can start a business with £250,000
48:31and stop dreaming about other people's money.
48:34Doesn't the scale of your ambition expose your naivety?
48:39You're taking on the world from day one?
48:41This is perhaps one of the most disappointing things to me,
48:44is that you are a highly intelligent person
48:47that sailed through this process
48:49and then your business plan comes in front of me and you're adamant,
48:53you're still adamant now, that this is going to work.
48:56I definitely can make this work.
48:58It's not justified, this is a consistent growth and it works.
49:01I don't think so, Roisin.
49:03This business idea, in your mind, is a runner.
49:07In my mind, it is not.
49:10It is with regret that I have to say to you, you're fired.
49:15Thank you for a wonderful experience.
49:29One more of you will be leaving this process
49:32and two of you will be going through to the final.
49:34OK? Step outside.
49:36Thank you.
49:44It's a shame about Roisin because she's been a very good candidate
49:49but I just don't think she understands what is involved
49:52in bringing this food to the market in mass volume.
49:56She doesn't understand it.
49:59Now, as far as the remaining three are concerned,
50:03Bianca's put forward quite an interesting proposition.
50:07I'm tempted to say it's actually got legs,
50:10but it's a bit of a challenge.
50:14Martin is a very solid chap
50:16and wants to go into a business that he's actually been in
50:19and understands, but it is a crowded market.
50:23All you've got to do about Daniel is admire his passion, his desire.
50:28You know, he's the type of fellow that, you know,
50:30works his fingers to the bone.
50:36Yes, Lord Sugar.
50:37Could you send the three of them in, please?
50:39Yes, Lord Sugar.
50:41Lord Sugar will see you now.
50:44I've listened to your business plans.
50:47I've got to really think about you, the people, now.
50:51Daniel, you're very early in your career.
50:56You're a young man.
50:58You're not one of those young people
51:01who have any idea what it's like to work at the box office.
51:05I've listened to your business plans.
51:08I've got to really think about you, the people, now.
51:11Daniel, your very early claim to fame was that you're a great salesperson.
51:15Do you still think you're a very good salesperson?
51:17Absolutely. You put me selling the same products to everyone else.
51:21I will outsell 98%.
51:23When I add together all of the sales figures
51:26for all of the people that have been in here, you're the sixth.
51:30If I sold, you know, the likes of one hot tub,
51:33I would have been probably propelled right up there and...
51:36Still wouldn't have been higher than Mark.
51:38But I can guarantee you that that would be extremely closer
51:40than what we're saying now.
51:43Mark, the top salesman, but, you know, being project manager,
51:47how many times... Once. And I lost.
51:49Once. Why?
51:51Lord Sugar, I should have fought with more passion
51:53to be project manager more than once.
51:54I'm not somebody that hangs back.
51:56But a good business person needs to lead from the front
51:58and put their stake in the ground.
52:01Lord Sugar, if I'm honest with you, if I leave the process,
52:03I can get a job for £100,000 a year being a salesman
52:06and punt other people's things till the day I die.
52:08I'm a very good salesman.
52:09I've risked it all to be here and take an opportunity.
52:11And trust me when I tell you...
52:13So you think your business is superior over these two?
52:15Oh, my God, I will blow them away in terms of earnings.
52:17Without a shadow of a doubt,
52:19you could combine both of those businesses together
52:21and I would beat them in new one.
52:23I mean, Daniel hasn't got a plan.
52:25I'm a man with an established plan.
52:27Bianca's, I don't know much about ladies' tights and so forth,
52:30but I can guarantee the success of this business.
52:32Mark saying that he will blow my business out of the water
52:35is very, very easy to say, having worked for someone else.
52:39I'm making money currently in my own company
52:41and I'm looking to expand that into a brand-new company.
52:44Your money's much safer with someone
52:45that's got a proven track record
52:47rather than someone who's going working for someone
52:49as a good salesman, which, in my opinion, are ten a penny.
52:52Says number six.
52:53Yeah.
52:56Bianca, what have you got to say?
52:58You know, I don't want to knock Eve of their businesses.
53:00It seems like they have a bit of a petty squabble going on.
53:02I would prefer to say to you, Lord Sugar,
53:03I believe my business is a very good proposition.
53:06You know, the hosiery industry is worth $20.3 billion
53:10and though I have competition,
53:11we are actually bringing something unique to the market.
53:14I know it's slightly riskier than maybe these two,
53:16but I think with your knowledge of the manufacturing industry
53:19and with my ability to talk about this brand,
53:22put the passion into it and really drive it forward,
53:24I think we could be very successful with this product.
53:26Lord Sugar, I don't think it's about the risk.
53:28The risk isn't the issue here.
53:29It doesn't matter how much you're going to put in.
53:30It doesn't matter how much you're going to make.
53:32If my numbers are going to be better than hers with less risk,
53:34surely that's like more of a sound investment,
53:36rather than, do you know what?
53:38I want to sell products and they're tight
53:40because it seems like a good idea.
53:41Mine's based on facts.
53:42Your base is on opinion.
53:44That's a fact.
53:45He makes a good point.
53:46He says he's in business at the moment,
53:48making blob thousand pounds a year.
53:50So he's already going.
53:52So he's doing that.
53:53And you're wanting to go into a business
53:54that you're not in at the moment and start from scratch.
53:57And I accept that.
53:58And I, as I said, I accept that it is an element of risk.
54:00So I accept that.
54:04Well, look, Bianca, you want to go into manufacturing.
54:10It is a giant leap from what you've
54:12been doing up until now.
54:14Although, it is an interesting proposition.
54:19Mark, you're a man that's done it before, wants to replicate.
54:28Whether you can transfer that on your own
54:32and do what you've done working for a company
54:35is another story.
54:38Daniel, your business plan is a little bit all over the place.
54:44But you're a man that is already doing it
54:47and just wants to grow.
54:50It is a difficult decision for me to make.
54:59Daniel, for the past 11 weeks, we've
55:03had a bit of a rocky ride.
55:04But you've come through.
55:06You've showed yourself as an improved person, I suppose,
55:10being able to get on with people.
55:13Mark, you've certainly got confidence.
55:18And yet, you showed last week, under pressure,
55:25a bit of strain.
55:29I'm struggling.
55:42Daniel, I don't think that we're going
55:45to go into business together.
55:47But I do wish you well.
55:49And it is with regret.
55:51Daniel, you're fired.
55:53And Daniel, I think you are a better man
55:55than when you walked in the doors here 11 weeks ago.
55:59And I congratulate you on changing your manner.
56:03And I do hope you carry on that way.
56:05And you have learned and gleaned something from it.
56:07Yeah, absolutely.
56:09Nick, Karen, you've been amazing.
56:11Thank you very much for your time.
56:12Lord Sugar, I really appreciate your opportunity.
56:14Guys, good luck.
56:15You've done amazing.
56:16Thank you.
56:22Well, you two, congratulations on reaching the final.
56:44Thank you.
56:45I'll see you on the final task, OK?
56:48Thank you, Karen.
56:53Thank you.
56:59Well done, Nick.
57:01Well done.
57:03See you, mate.
57:04Well done.
57:08I really feel like the process was good for me.
57:10Lord Sugar has taught me a hell of a lot.
57:12He's made me a better person, a better businessman.
57:14And that, at the end of the day, is worth more than a quarter
57:17of a million to me.
57:2320 to 2.
57:27Guys, can you imagine?
57:2818 people have been fired in the last 11 weeks.
57:31Yeah, the last two standing.
57:33Oh, I can't wait to win this.
57:39Yeah.
57:40I'd hate to be in your shoes, Bianca.
57:43Let's see, eh?
57:45Now just two remain.
57:48Lord Sugar's search for his next business partner continues.
57:54Next time...
57:55Your final task is to launch your business.
57:59...eight old friends...
58:00You got me fired, but I hate Mark more.
58:03So you've really got me behind you.
58:05...two plans...
58:06If I look at that straightaway, I see Clim Bond.
58:09He's a brilliant businessman.
58:10He's a brilliant businessman.
58:11He's a brilliant businessman.
58:12He's a brilliant businessman.
58:13I see Clim Bond lean.
58:15What?
58:16Guys, we've got some serious work to do here.
58:19...one winner...
58:21Jesus Christ, it's quite imposing up here, isn't it?
58:24You are going to be my business partner.
