Has Britain fallen out of love with curry?
Transcript
00:00When was the last time you went for a curry?
00:05Probably a couple of months ago.
00:07I went to eat as much as you like in Bernad, Father's Day, with my family.
00:12Eat as much as you like and that was it.
00:14More than ten years ago.
00:17Not a curry. I've been out for a meal but not a curry.
00:20Yeah.
00:21Never.
00:23Never had Chinese. Never had. No.
00:26Do you think Britain's fallen out of love with curry?
00:28Curry. Chinese or Indian. And now the choice, as you say, is wide, isn't it? Yeah.
00:34I don't know. Perhaps there's too much competition, maybe.
00:37There's loads of them around. Curry, Indian and Chinese. Loads of them.
00:43Perhaps there's too many around.
00:45That's a bit bad because I think a lot of people do like curry.
00:48Yeah, so they need more choice.
00:50People are a bit skint at the minute, aren't they?
00:53And maybe they're doing it from home, making it, you know.
00:56Same with pubs. All the pubs are closing, which is criminal, really.
