00:17strategic partnership in trade, economics, scientific, technological and humanitarian

00:23At the same time, they agreed to intensified cooperation in security and defense matters
00:28and agreed not to form coalitions with other countries that could harm the other.
00:34This is President Vladimir Putin's fifth visit to Vietnam, where he arrived after a two-day
