00:31The Bantog Awards for Media and Science Communication was created to highlight the outstanding stories
00:42of science and technology, where it gives knowledge to the public for the benefit of science and technology.
00:57Is this the first Bantog Awards in DOSP or when was this?
01:05The Bantog Awards was first held in 2018 under the name Bantog Awards Science for the People.
01:15So, for 2024, we are the only ones to continue this program.
01:21Sir, what is the importance of highlighting the public's knowledge of science and technology?
01:30It is important to highlight the public's knowledge of science and technology
01:35because we need to empower the public in their decisions.
