00:00Mayor Alice Guo's name is on the bill of Kuryente ng Pogo Hub in Bamban.

00:06It is based on documents obtained by the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission.

00:11This and other documents that were seen in the arrest of Jonathan Andal, are exclusive.

00:20Bamban Mayor Alice Guo said that before he ran as mayor in May 2022,

00:26he had already divested or sold his shares in Bawfulan, the company that owns the land of Sinalakay na Pogo in Tarlac.

00:34However, it was discovered that some documents were found inside the possession of ZUN U1 Technology.

00:39The operator of Sinalakay na Pogo in Bamban, Tarlac in April,

00:43was seen by the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission.

00:47These bills in Kuryente, from July to November 2023, are named after Mayor Alice Guo.

00:54There is also a statement of account in February that is still named after Mayor Guo.

00:58There was also a proposal for a salary for housekeeping staff from a manpower agency,

01:03which has a date of June 20, 2022, which is addressed to Guo and Bawfulan and Development Inc.

01:47Aside from Guo, Paok also saw the name of Dennis Cunanan, who was first convicted under the Pork Barrel Scam,

01:53as the authorized representative of the same Pogo man in Bamban, Tarlac and the illegal Pogo man in Porak, Pampanga.

02:03It seems like there's only one owner of these two Pogo hubs.

02:07And also, we're looking at, maybe he still has other illegal Pogo hubs that he represents.

02:14So, this is part of the investigation that we're doing.

02:17The DILG released a memorandum today reminding LGUs that they have the power to inspect their businesses in their area.

02:25That was after the Mayor of Porak said that they tried to inspect the illegal Pogo man, Lucky South 99,

02:32but he did not let them in, so they just left.

02:36If we assume that they did not let you in, can you report that to the police for them to check on it to build up the case?

02:44So, I'm reminding all LGUs about these powers, that if possible, even to the barangay level,

02:53if you need to, you can do it one by one.

03:03According to the DILG, based on the data of PAG-COR, there are only 43 licensed Pogo hubs in the country.
