00:00The Justice Department is now accusing qualified human trafficking offender, Alice Guo,

00:05and other suspects in illegal activities in Pogo in Bambantarlac.

00:10Salima Refran was on the scene.

00:15Six months after Pogo's raid on Zuniwan Technology in the gigantic Baufu compound in Bambantarlac

00:22due to allegations of torture, illegal detention, kidnapping, forced labor, and scamming activities,

00:27the Justice Department is now accusing Dismissed Bamban Mayor Alice Guo

00:32and Guo Huaping of qualified human trafficking.

00:36It shows here that there is prima facie evidence of reasonable certainty of conviction

00:41against Mayor Alice Guo and other respondents.

00:45As long as it shows that you are involved in the establishment,

00:49in the organization of a business or a company that is involved in human trafficking,

00:55you can be accused of human trafficking.

00:57The Panel of Prosecutors did not notice Guo's counter-affidavit

01:02that was notarized on August 14,

01:04when Guo and his brothers were no longer in the country.

01:07We cannot deny that there were many delaying tactics that were used by the lawyers of Mayor Alice Guo.

01:12The most dangerous was the last thing they did.

01:14When the case was submitted for resolution,

01:17they filed a motion to reopen the case with a motion to admit a counter-affidavit.

01:21We all know that this is a fake counter-affidavit.

01:24Guo's foreign business partners in Baofu Land Development are also being accused.

01:31and Jiang Rui Jin and Lin Bao Ying who were involved in money laundering in Singapore.

01:46would not have happened if these people did not enable her through their finances.

01:57and several other respondents from Baofu Land, Hongsheng Gaming and Zunyuan Technology

02:03The cases of Tarlac RTC in Capas will be filed next week.

02:07The Department of Justice asked the Supreme Court to transfer the cases to Metro Manila.

02:12We are trying to get a statement from the field of the accused,

02:16but there is still no progress so far.

02:19Aside from Qualified Human Trafficking and Graft Cases,

02:22Guo is also facing cancellation of his birth certificate in Tarlac RTC

02:27if there is a Manila RTC and deportation case in the Bureau of Immigration.

02:32There are also allegations of money laundering and tax evasion here in the Department of Justice.

02:49there is still no resolution from the Justice Department on Dennis Cunanan's case.

02:55According to Cunanan's lawyer, they do not expect this.

03:08In the Senate, there are documents that prove that Cunanan is the one who applied

03:13for the POGO license in Porat, Pampanga.
