00:00The Pogo Kingpin, or boss of all bosses, of the illegal Pogos in the Philippines,

00:05Lin Shunhan, alias Ludo, was arrested by the authorities in Laguna.

00:29According to information gathered by PAOK, Lin was born in Fujian, China in 1991.

00:35He is also known as Bogo, Boga, Xiaolong, Apaw, Pahaw, and Hauhau.

00:42And he has a passport under the name Ludo.

00:46He was the first to enter the country in 2016 at the age of 24.

00:51Lin has an SRV or Special Resident Visa

00:54as a reason to stay in the country and to be free to go out and about in the Philippines.

01:37and the former Hongsheng Gaming that became Zunyuan Technology in Bambantarlat,

01:42which was also hijacked by Dismissed Mayor Alice Wu.

01:49as one of the major financiers,

01:53one of the major pioneers in setting up the Pogo industry in the Philippines,

01:57not only in Lucky South, but even in the southern parts of Metro Manila.

02:02A witness held by PAOK will prove Guo's connection to Lin or Boss Boga.

02:09They know Guo as Madam Wah.

02:13I just found out that he's the mayor and Alice is the one who was in charge.

02:20Madam Wah is reporting to Boss Boga on the status of the construction of the Pogo in Baufuland.

02:32They are partners. Boss Boga is just superior to her.

02:39Lin Rao is the one who is providing funds for the construction of Baufu and Zunyuan.

02:44The witness witnessed a series of tremendous events inside Lucky South 99 in Porak.

02:50He was ordered by the Chinese to take out a group of Chinese and English vampires.

03:04Sometimes, the person who is being tortured really loses consciousness.

03:10PAOK believes that Lin is the one who is hiding or not being mentioned by Guo.

03:15The three people he's mentioning are no longer here.
