00:19Mel, more than 2,000 families were affected by Hurricane Julian here in Region 1.

00:2514 streets were flooded because of the continuous rain.

00:29Meanwhile, the distribution of relief packs by LGUs in different provinces in Ilocos Region continues.

00:39The bridge at the boundary of Barangay Lanao and Malasin in Bangui, Ilocos Norte is no longer accessible.

00:47Because of the strong flooding, residents are worried that their roofs might be damaged.

00:55In the town of Adams, the Bolo River Flood Control Project was completely destroyed.

01:03Some houses in Barangay Ruot and Dingras were flooded because the irrigation water is rising.
