00:00Peking documents were seen in Manila, like the NBI Clearance, Land Title, and Electricity Bill.

00:12John Consulta was shocked.

00:17It's just an ordinary house at first glance.

00:19NBI Clearance.

00:21But the Peking documents were used to build these 3 houses in Santa Cruz, Manila.

00:26Computers, printers, cutters, laminators, and dry seals were assigned to the NBI Special Task Force.

00:33According to the NBI, they are one of the pioneers in making Peking documents in Manila.

00:41They also obtained Peking Land Title, LTO License, Mayor's Permit, Title, Medical Certificate,

00:47Police Clearance, NBI Clearance, Peking Cheque, and others.

00:51It wasn't easy to find the group's hideout.

00:54It was difficult because there were a lot of people there.

00:58And they knew that it was just a temporary house.

01:01There was a team outside and inside.

01:04It was very dangerous.

01:05For example, if you were to get help, you would require NBI Clearance,

01:11a wanted person would be given NBI Clearance.

01:18You would receive it at your house.

01:21At the end of the day, you would be the victims.

01:23You would have a driver's license.

01:25You wouldn't be able to drive.

01:27You wouldn't be able to take a test.

01:29You wouldn't be able to drive.

01:30It was very dangerous.

01:32What's even more disturbing to the operatives,

01:34even the electricity bill was paid by the group.

01:38They even saw a template on their computers.

01:40These kinds of proof of billing are used in applications.

01:45For example, you would apply for a loan.

01:49If we were to get such fake documents and present them to the companies,

01:55it would be very dangerous.

01:59500 to 1,000 pesos were charged for each NBI Clearance.

02:03But it would be more expensive if the land was to be sold.

02:07The NBI admitted that this kind of act was illegal in Manila.

02:10That's why they have a plan to reduce this illegal act.

02:15Probably, because we filed a case against them for falsification,

02:22they were able to bail out.

02:25The price was low.

02:27As an issue of legislation,

02:29we will address with the director to our congressmen

02:32that if possible, we will increase the penalty
