00:07Visitors will go to the new Visa Application Center, or VAC, to apply for a U.S. visa,

00:30After the process at the VAC, you can book a schedule for an interview at the consul,

00:39When the U.S. Embassy clarifies, it will only be effective from September 28.
00:45The process will still be the same if you applied for a visa before the said date,
