00:00The court in Quezon City filed a complaint against the group that posted a viral video

00:06a year ago of a police officer who claimed that Vice President Sara Duterte's convoy

00:13was the cause of heavy traffic on Commonwealth Avenue.

00:17The Office of the Vice President denied this claim

00:20and the complaint was filed by Executive Master Sergeant Verdo Pantoliano.

00:25But in the decision of the Quezon City Regional Trial Court, Branch 104,

00:30it was said that even though it was being punished,

00:32anyone who would post a small piece of news that would pose a threat to the public

00:38did not show that the post was posted as news.
