00:00Hello, good morning. Well, the good news is there is some dry weather on its way this
00:04week. You may even start to see some sunshine too. However, still plenty of showers on the
00:09cards. To start on Monday, dry and bright across the south. However, plenty of showers
00:14developing through the course of the day. And in the northeast, these could be heavy.
00:18You may even hear the odd rumble of thunder. The driest and brightest of the weather is
00:22going to be across the southeast, and that's where we'll see the best of the temperatures.
00:27Highs of 22 Celsius, maybe even 23, where we see those prolonged sunnier spells. But
00:32elsewhere, those temperatures struggling, where there's just a little bit more cloud
00:35around. Through into the evening, though, it is going to be a largely dry night compared
00:39to recent nights. Plenty of clear spells. So that's where it's going to be turning cooler.
00:44May even start to see some mist and fog develop by the time we reach Tuesday morning. A bit
00:48more of a cloudier picture across Scotland, though, and starting to see a few more of
00:52those showers feed in by Tuesday morning. So on the whole, a bit of a milder night across
00:57Scotland and parts of northern England. But where we see those clearer spells, that is
01:01where it's going to be cooler. But most towns and cities not really dropping below the double
01:05digits. Tuesday then, a largely drier day for all. Plenty of sunny spells. However,
01:11cloudier once again across Scotland, with those showers feeding in. And in the northeast
01:15of England, we'll see further showers, too, turning quite heavy by the afternoon. May
01:19even hear the odd rumble of thunder. But on the whole, for many across Wales, central
01:24and southern England, a drier day with some hazy, sunny spells by the afternoon. And once
01:28again, feeling pleasant where you do catch the sunshine. Highs of around 22 Celsius.
01:34Now if you're on the hunt for some drier weather, well, we do have high pressure, which is currently
01:38building out into the Atlantic, gradually moving its way towards the UK, which means
01:43by midweek onward, should be plenty of dry weather around, even some sunshine. Perhaps
01:47they're just a bit cloudier across the north. And for all your latest weather updates, don't
