The Bill - Party On (1996)
An episode from TV cop show The Bill called Party On. PC McCann and WPC Keane are called to investigate a noisy party at a house full of teenagers. However, things take a serious note when they discover a unconscious lad slumped in a chair who has been attacked with a bottle.

This was originally broadcast on May 23rd 1996, and it's a pretty good episode, back in the day when The Bill was doing 30 min episodes in the 90's.
