Taricani (UniCredit): "buddy è servizio digitale con uno human touch”

(Adnkronos) - "buddy è un modello di servizio digitale nuovo, perché preserva il contatto umano. Nella relazione con il cliente il contatto umano fa ancora la differenza, per questo buddy è un abilitante di un’interazione digitale con uno human touch”. Lo ha detto Remo Taricani, Deputy Head Italy di UniCredit, in occasione della conferenza stampa “Una partnership vincente: buddy è official banking partner della Coppa Davis” con la quale è stata annunciata la partnership tra buddy, la nuova filiale on line di UniCredit e la Federazione internazionale tennis (ITF), che sarà attiva dal 2024, un anno epico per il tennis italiano, fino alla fine del 2026.
