00:00Can we talk about just your game in general, because you're obviously an incredible player,
00:07but let's just talk about your kind of what your strengths are, what your weaknesses are,

00:30I'm definitely talented.
00:31I think there's guys out there who definitely are giving a little more talent than me, but
00:34I would say course management is something I do really well, just knowing what I can
00:39do to take bogey out, take double out, and make birdies, and I'd say that's something
00:45I do pretty good at, and then obviously I think putting is my strong suit, and then
00:51I don't hit it too far.
00:53I'm not the biggest dude out there, but I hit it pretty straight, which is very helpful
00:57because a lot of those courses now, the rough's getting thicker, and I mean, of course they're
01:02still long, but you want to be in the fairway.
01:05What's your cruising ball speed?
01:07I guess you say you're not too long, but I feel like everybody, all these kids coming
01:10up are just so long, so what is a cruising ball speed for you?
01:14I'd say on course, it's like 170 to 170.
01:17Yeah, that's plenty.
01:18It's enough.
01:19There's definitely guys out there that have more, but as I grow and get through college,
01:24I think it'll get up to 175.
01:26I think that'll be perfect.
01:27I've got to mention too, one of my favorite players on the Auburn team, besides yourself
01:33obviously, is my boy, got to mention Ryan Eshleman.
01:37He has got to be the life of the team, the best personality, but I sent him a text and
01:42asked him about you and just anything that we could talk about, and one of the things
01:47that he mentioned, and you just kind of said it yourself, was he said every single putt
01:52looks like it should go in, and he just kind of talked about your putting.
01:57I mean, for you, how you see putts and how you read putts, are you somebody that just
02:05sees the apex and the line, the curvature, is that something that you just naturally
02:10are able to see, or are you like a spot aim point type of guy that is just really good
02:14at reading greens that way?
02:17I'm definitely all visual and feel.
02:19I've always been that way.
02:22I'm pretty good at seeing the arc of the putt, and then I think I match the speed and
02:30the line really well.
02:32When I throw down the line, I know most of the time what speed it should be at, and I
02:37think speed is probably the most important part of putting.
02:42I mean, obviously getting it started on the line is really important too, but if you have
02:45perfect speed, the hole just gets that much bigger.
