00:42 In just two years, the Philippines has jumped from a US$4 billion investment to a current US$9 billion.

00:50 Meanwhile, the US, Japan, and the Philippines are working together to strengthen the connectivity in the Luzon.

00:58 With the vision of President Marcos, of putting faster, accelerating the regulatory changes,

01:07 the ease of doing business, to build out the infrastructure that's necessary for them to make the investment.

01:13 Building on Japan's quality infrastructure assistance, we look forward to pursuing synergies among efforts of the three countries.

01:22 The project will provide ways to build additional ports, railways, clean energy, and semiconductor supply chains

01:30 through Subic, Manila, and Batangas ports, three of the most active ports in the country.

01:36 Because of this, logistical costs, cost of goods, and cost of doing business for businessmen will be reduced.
