00:00 Josh, that fourth quarter, you all made 17 of your 19 shots really efficient, tons of
00:13 dunks and layups.
00:14 What was working offensively for you all?
00:16 Yeah, that's, I mean, that's impressive when you shoot that high percentage.
00:21 And I think we got a lot of good looks, clearly.
00:24 And, you know, a lot of our looks came in transition.
00:26 I thought we got out and ran.
00:27 You know, it started with Shay, he was in transition, pushing the ball, hitting guys
00:31 on the brakes, which kind of sparked our offense.
00:33 And then outside of that, we got a lot of good looks at the ring.
00:38 You know, when they collapsed, we could kick out shooters, loose shot, you know, I think
00:41 two or three threes in that last quarter.
00:42 So we shot the ball really well, but our offense was good.
00:45 We moved the ball and we got good looks most times down the floor.
00:48 Kenridge, I think had six combined steals and blocks tonight.
00:52 A ton of them kind of being in the right spot on the weak side.
00:56 What did you see from him defensively and just the hustle plays?
00:58 Yeah, he's, he's massive for us.
01:01 And I mean, you know, everyone internally, we all appreciate the work he does for us.
01:05 And defensively, he's a monster.
01:06 He guards, you know, one through four most nights.
01:09 He gets that job coming off the bench, he's guarding the best player and he does it every
01:12 night.
01:13 You know, you never hear Cambridge complain about nothing, whether he's playing 10 minutes
01:16 or 30 minutes, he gives that same effort every night.
01:18 And then offensively, he gives us a good spark as well.
01:20 He's good, good shooter, I guess, at the ring world, he's athletic.
01:23 Me and him, we just talk about him a lot.
01:26 You know, he's in the right spot a lot of the time, and especially on cots and little
01:29 back doors and stuff like that, we're kind of getting the chemistry together.
01:31 So love playing with him, love the guy on the team.
01:34 And you know, we need him a lot tonight, especially tonight.
01:37 Coach mentioned that when you guys are down five there in that fourth quarter, the message
01:41 was execution and executing well.
01:44 Where does that start for you guys on the offensive end?
01:46 Well, I mean, it starts on defense.
01:47 We get a start, we get out and run and we look good.
01:49 But offensively, I mean, when, as I said, when the ball was moving in that fourth quarter,
01:53 we look really good.
01:54 We got good shots every time down the floor.
01:56 Out of timeouts, we were executing plays, which helped as well.
02:00 So I think that that was a big thing when they, you know, coming off home was when they
02:03 collapsed, we were hitting shooters.
02:05 When they didn't, we were in the paintmaker place.
02:07 So you know, I think we got a lot of good shots in that last quarter.
02:09 It seemed like also a pretty physical game there, you know, obviously a lot of hard fouls
02:13 in that game.
02:14 Just can you speak to the physicality and what you felt out there on the floor?
02:16 Yeah, it was physical.
02:17 You know, they let a lot of stuff go in the rink tonight, which is good.
02:20 You know, but yeah, there's a lot of contact.
02:23 We I think we shot pretty well from the free throw line tonight.
02:25 So that was a big part of, you know, the win.
02:27 So, you know, being, forcing the refs to make those calls late in the game was a big part
02:31 of it for us tonight.
02:32 As I said, we shot well at the line, but yeah, physicality was pretty tough tonight.
02:36 Josh, what was it like for you to get your legs back tonight after missing a couple games?
02:41 It was good.
02:42 Yeah, no, it was good.
02:43 It's good to be back out there.
02:44 You know, more importantly, good to get a win.
02:46 So, you know, we're going to win a couple of days.
02:48 So we'll be ready for that.
02:49 And there's always a lot of attention any time you play another topic in the draft.
02:54 What was it like?
02:55 You know, you are matched up against some at all times, but going up against Kade tonight
02:59 and just what do you think of this game in general?
03:01 Yeah, I mean, it's, you know, I don't really look at it coming into a game while I'm playing,
03:04 but you know, he's a talent.
03:05 You saw it tonight.
03:06 He can really play.
03:07 He's in a good situation.
03:08 He doesn't ball his hands a lot.
03:11 So, you know, he looks really good.
03:12 So, you know, folks on our guys, what we did tonight and, you know, we came out with
03:16 the win, which is what we wanted.
03:17 Next, we go to Andrew Schlecht.
03:18 Go ahead, Andrew.
03:19 I was just curious if you are physically feeling back 100% as your first game back and also
03:33 the first game without a rebound in your career.
03:35 I'm just curious if that's just random or maybe something to it if you're not feeling
03:40 100%.
03:41 No, I feel all right.
03:42 Not too bad.
03:43 Good to get my legs back into it.
03:44 Get the wind out of me, but no, I feel good.
03:45 Yeah, I didn't even know that.
03:46 They didn't have a rebound, but I think that first half they made a lot of shots, but,
03:55 you know, second half, we did a good job on the boards, limited them to one shot.
03:59 So, you know, whether I have one or 30, it doesn't really matter.
04:02 We got to win.
04:04 Michael Shapiro.
04:05 Hi, Josh.
04:06 How do you think you and Shea complement each other on the floor and where do you think
04:11 y'all can improve as a backcourt duo?
04:13 Yeah, obviously, you know, we've played 20 or so games together, so it's going to take
04:17 time to adjust to each other's game styles.
04:20 But, you know, the guy's a superstar in the league and he draws a lot of attention.
04:24 So if I can just be that kind of secondary ball handler, you know, take the pressure
04:27 off him a little bit when teams are trapping him and making it tough for him.
04:31 So, you know, we're good.
04:32 He had a massive game tonight and I'm happy to just kind of play that second ball handling
04:36 to him.
04:37 And when he needs a spell off the ball, then I'm capable of kind of running the offense
04:40 and getting guys looked.
04:41 So, you know, the guy drew a lot of attention every night,
04:44 so, you know, what I can just be there to help out for him
04:47 and for our guys, that's what I'm trying to do.
04:49 But the chemistry we build is we keep playing more games.
04:52 And I'm enjoying playing with him in the backcourt.
04:54 Thanks, Josh.
04:55 Thanks, Josh. Thanks, Josh.
04:57 Henry. Thanks, Josh.
