00:05 >> Nick Gallo, KCThunder.com.
00:07 Lou, just your thoughts on the way that you all opened this game,
00:10 seemed like you had the ball moving quite well in that first quarter.
00:13 And then what maybe changed throughout the course of the game that you all
00:17 weren't able to quite get the stops and those assists the way you had at the start.
00:21 >> I mean, I felt like we had a great start just staying in the game with them.
00:26 I mean, it's hard to not playing with our best player,
00:28 we're not used to it and we wish Shay gets back very soon.
00:33 But we just gotta learn how to play well and it's tough and
00:37 we're able to do that, we are professionals.
00:39 So I just feel like we just gotta keep moving the ball and play together and
00:43 know how to take the right shots.
00:44 >> So don't wanna jinx you, but you're on a streak now of 31 straight games with
00:49 a made three pointer, eight straight with two or more.
00:53 I'm just curious, what's your routine, what's your approach when you practice
00:58 your three point shot?
00:59 What kind of consistency do you have in your approach on that?
01:03 >> I feel like shooting is all about reps.
01:06 I mean, it's my first year, I just didn't know what to expect in the NBA.
01:11 It was different than college.
01:12 And I noticed it was one of the thing I had to focus on the most.
01:16 And then after that, I just had to be confident and comfortable and
01:20 then went to take the right shots and at the same time just shoot the defense.
01:27 >> Joe Masato, the Oklahoman, Lou with Shay out,
01:30 Josh was handling the ball more than usual.
01:33 Just how important do you think that is for his growth and
01:36 how do you think he handled it tonight?
01:37 >> It's pretty good, I mean, he's a pretty good playmaker.
01:40 He knows how to make the right play and he's really confident.
01:44 So I felt like he's been playing a point for a really long time, so
01:48 he's used to it and he just gotta get, I mean, it's a different level now.
01:51 So he's gotta get used to it and work on it a little bit more, but he'll get there.
01:55 >> Sure.
01:55 >> Paris Lawson, okcthunder.com.
02:00 I wanted to ask you about Ty's night.
02:01 This is his third straight game where he scored double digits for you guys.
02:05 Just what are you seeing from him,
02:06 especially over this road trip that's allowed him to be so effective?
02:10 >> I feel like Ty's always ready.
02:12 And every time you hear his name called, he'll be ready.
02:16 And that's one thing we don't need to worry about that.
02:19 He's just so confident.
02:20 He knows how to score and how to impact the team.
02:24 And I feel like this basketball gives him the credibility.
02:26 >> And just kind of going back to your point about everybody needing to step up
02:30 without Shay tonight, just what did you think?
02:32 I mean, you had 10 guys score in the first half, 11 for the night.
02:36 Just what did you think as your overall collective offensive energy tonight?
02:39 >> I feel like we just played together.
02:41 I still feel like we missed a lot of stuff at the rim.
02:46 But I mean, I just felt like a lot of guys stepped up and that's what we needed.
02:50 That's what we're gonna need for the next couple games.
02:53 >> [BLANK_AUDIO]
02:54 >> Councilman Brown?
02:55 >> Thanks, man.
02:58 >> Cool.
