00:00 where we thought he'd be at this point.
00:02 And I understand the intrigue.
00:05 The initial Skittles versus Broccoli conversation was more about you guys than
00:10 it was about Trey Mann.
00:12 Like Trey Mann is focused on his broccoli, and so is Boku.
00:15 I think there's a tendency to get excited about players and
00:19 to wanna press fast forward on a process that is very arduous and slow and
00:24 gradual and invisible.
00:25 Progress does not happen with these huge jumps.
00:29 Twitter is not a platform that's designed for progress.
00:33 It's a platform that's designed for Skittles.
00:37 Twitter is just Skittles everywhere.
00:39 And if there's not Skittles, you just make Skittles up and
00:42 you put them on Twitter.
00:43 Twitter is not a platform for progress.
00:46 If you're focused on progress, the progress is slow.
00:49 There's regression before there's breakthroughs.
00:53 There's a lot more days that seem invisible and mundane.
00:58 It is not linear, and he is in the midst of that.
01:02 And all I would say is I get the intrigue,
01:05 as I get the intrigue of Trey Mann and Giddy and all that stuff.
01:09 But if we're focused on sustainability and
01:11 we're focused on building a really strong foundation,
01:16 you don't build a really strong foundation by putting the drapes up and
01:19 painting the walls.
01:20 You build the foundation, and that's probably the most important part of
01:24 the process, and we are not skipping steps with that.
01:26 And this blue assignment's an example of it.
01:28 And I would just say to everybody, if you wanna enjoy these players for
01:35 a long period of time, embrace the boredom of a developmental process that
01:40 takes time, especially when you are crossing every T and
01:43 dotting every I, which we're gonna do.
