00:00obviously, the offense was humming for all four quarters, especially in that
00:05first quarter. Just what did you feel out there from the outset that allowed
00:09you guys to just get that rhythm going and keep it off quarters?
00:15Um,
00:17yeah, we just came up the aggressors tonight. Um,
00:21we try to play downhill. Um, played aggressive, played on self esteem. We
00:25play together. Um, when we do that, we get the best looks and shots are fine
00:30tonight and we look good.
00:34Okay, what about either your mindset or the way they were playing? You allowed
00:38you to keep going somewhere? Um,
00:45honestly, I just tried to be aggressive. Um, try to set the tone early. Um,
00:52coaching mentioned a few days ago that that we used to be start games. The
00:56worst of the, I think, or one of the worst teams that we start games. Um,
01:01and I kind of took that personally. Um, kind of being the leader and I want to
01:05get out to a good start. Um, past couple games since he said that, um, I
01:08think we've done a good job of it. They threw a box in one. Thank you a little
01:12bit. What did you think saying that and how do you practice it? Um,
01:19it's different. Obviously, uh, mess with your rhythm a little bit. Um, but
01:24at the end of the day, I see it as a compliment. Um, try to attack it the
01:27best I can. Um, it kind of kind of still try to stay inside my game and
01:31play the same way.
01:33Were you able to notice that the crowd when you made the moves out there that
01:36they were moving on? Were you able to notice that when you're playing? Um,
01:39yeah, absolutely. Um, New York is always like that, though, both the garden and
01:43here. It's always fun to play. Okay, I think tonight was the fourth time this
01:48season that Mike has scored more points than he's played minutes. Just
01:53your thoughts on his ability to do that. Yeah, we're as good of a shooter.
01:58He is points back up fast. Um, yeah, he's been great all season. Obviously
02:03comes in and gives his minutes. Um, never complains. Um, keeps his head
02:09down for sure. Leader for us. Um, he was himself tonight.
02:12Mhm.
02:14Anything else in the room? Next increase assault us. Hey, shake. Great
02:19game. Great win. First of all, uh, that the fourth 48 minute efforts for you
02:25guys, what it represents, what it speaks about the quality and the
02:29potential of that group from your perspective.
02:33Um, that when we played the right way, um,
02:37we gave ourselves the best chance every night. Um, and we look good tonight.
02:41We were playing aggressive, downhill, touching the paint, um, and then making
02:45the right basketball decisions for the most of the night. Um, and it resulted
02:49in a good W.
02:51Last question to Daniel. Yes, I am. It seems like you and josh are getting,
02:57uh, more and more comfortable as the season goes on. Um, how much did playing
03:03with chris paul, who's also a fast, fast first player help you to prepare
03:08playing with josh?
03:11Yeah. Um,
03:14playing with chris made it easier in multiple ways. Um, obviously he's been
03:18around a long time. Um, knows what he's doing. I learned multiple things for
03:22myself, um, as well as being a leader, um, in the position I'm in now, I'm the
03:28leader of the group. Um, and I kind of take some of those traits and try to
03:30use them. Um, but for sure it's helped a lot.
03:36Thank you.
