00:00 Yeah, I think, you know, the season's long and there's a lot of ups and downs.
00:05 And I think the season is a stress test, no matter what team you are.
00:08 You know, if you're Phoenix, you're trying to figure out how to play without Chris Paul
00:11 right now.
00:12 If your team's trying to compete to get in the playoffs, there's pressure on you there.
00:16 You know, in our particular case, the stress test is we have more wins than losses.
00:20 The losses stack up at times for us.
00:23 And no matter what situation you're in, when you face that kind of adversity, you have
00:27 to have people that come to the gym and are refreshed every day.
00:30 You know, you don't want people walking into the gym like it's a funeral.
00:34 And that's a particular strength of him.
00:36 He's a very light guy.
00:37 He plays with a lot of joy.
00:39 He loves being around the team.
00:40 He loves being around the building.
00:42 And it's seemingly, no matter how he plays or how the team plays, when he wakes up the
00:45 next morning, he brings that type of energy.
00:48 And that's been a huge part, not only him, but this particular group of the last two
00:53 years where, you know, we've taken a lot of losses, but we've made a lot of progress.
00:56 And I think a lot of that has to do with the way that our guys walk in the gym every day.
01:01 And he certainly is a catalyst with that.
