00:00 Nick Gallo, Kc Thunder dot com. Olivia, they've got tray out top. They've got
00:10 shooters, they've got a hard roller. Um, as you all try to defend them, what
00:14 were some of the things that were maybe the most important that you were trying
00:17 to stress for us? It was contained tray young. Um, we did it too late. We did.
00:24 We did a better job in the second half, obviously. But I mean, they got it. They
00:28 shut the ball really well. And I think that it took us a little bit of time to
00:34 adjust and they were really feeling really comfortable. They weren't
00:38 feeling this at first. So that's why they made that many shots back to back
00:42 games for you, although with 30 over 30 assists, what do you like best about
00:47 just the style of play right now? It's something that the coaching staff has
00:50 really been trying to get everybody to lean into all season long. Yes, I think
00:55 we're doing a good job finding each other of gets or transition. Fast break.
01:00 The ball is moving really well. Guys are finding their groove, I think. Um, and
01:06 we got a bunch of guys are shooting ball really well. So that definitely
01:08 helped us.
01:09 Here's awesome. Okay, see that dot com career night for you scoring and we saw
01:14 you, you know, show the kind of face up game where you just shoot it over the
01:18 guy in front of you. How much have you been working on that element of your
01:21 game and just kind of how comfortably you feel there? Uh, yeah, I mean, um,
01:26 face of game. That's pretty much what I've been doing in college for a long
01:29 time. And it's just, it's just something that I have in my game. And I thought
01:33 that tonight was a good opportunity to use it and it went in. So I felt pretty
01:37 good. You guys also had a lot of offensive rebounds tonight. You had a
01:41 couple as well. Just with, you know, you guys are obviously giving up a lot of
01:44 size normally as a team. Just what I say about this group that you guys are able
01:48 to kind of mix it up under there and get those sort of stats. Yeah, it's just
01:52 for us. It's just like we may not be the biggest team or whatever, but it's
01:56 just staying aggressive, having the mindset of hunting rebounds and just
01:59 having a presence out there.
02:00 Olivia, you played with Lindy with the blue shot it well there. Now he's doing
02:06 it on a bigger stage. What's it like for you as a teammate? Just to see how
02:10 well he's playing out there. I'm proud of him. I'm really happy for him. He
02:14 deserves whatever everything that's coming. That's everything that he got
02:20 right now. He deserves it plays really hard, but he's even a better person of
02:24 the court. Um, and I mean, he belongs here. You know, he's a really good
02:29 shooter, but he's also a great defender, and I think he's trying to prove that
02:32 too. But as a teammate, I'm really proud of him. I know it's hard to like in
02:36 hindsight, but when you were playing with him, just given how valuable
02:40 three point shooting is in this league, like, did you view him as a guy who
02:43 could have a place in the NBA? He was shooting 61% from three. That's
02:50 that's all I gotta tell you. He's like 6667.
02:53 Yeah, I'll say. Okay.
02:56 He just like the athletic.
02:58 There's eight of you right now that are healthy. You guys all have a
03:03 tremendous opportunity. All of you have played with the blue and now you're
03:07 playing big minutes for the thunder. What does it look like for you guys to
03:11 kind of seize this opportunity? You get a big win in Portland. You come back
03:14 and you really compete in the second half here. What's what does it look
03:18 like for this specific crew to compete like that? I mean, I think it's great
03:22 for all of us, you know, to be able to relate to one of one another. And we
03:28 know what we've been through. We all got different upcomings, but it's just
03:32 like we're a bunch of young guys trying to stick in this league and make a name
03:37 for ourselves. And we just want to play hard, compete. We're gonna make a lot
03:41 of mistakes, but we want to learn from those mistakes and not make the same
03:44 mistakes every time. But honestly, it's it's it's a It's a great experience
03:49 for us. How does the coaching staff like help you guys stick together
03:54 because you guys are all competing like not only collectively as a team, but
03:58 individually, you guys would individually like to stick. Like what
04:02 is that? How do you balance that? Um, you don't think about that that much
04:07 that much. It's more like competing, helping the team win the game. Really?
04:11 That's that's the main focus for us. And it showed. I think that's why we
04:16 get 30 assists again. We enjoy playing with each other. We get a chance to
04:20 play with each other in the G League for most of us. And it's just the
04:24 coaching staff is really helping us talking, talking a lot to us. And
04:28 obviously we're young, but also the bench guys, uh, D. Faye for me or K
04:33 Rich or all the all those guys. The whole team is really behind us and
04:36 helping us grow.
04:38 Thank you.
04:39 Thanks.
04:40 Thank you.
