A breakfast casserole inside of a toasted bread loaf? Say less. In this video, Nicole makes an ingenious brunch recipe: The Egg Boat. Using ingredients that are similar to other breakfast casseroles, an egg boat differentiates itself by using a large baguette as the “baking dish”. Create the egg filling by combining a creamy egg mixture with cooked sausage, red bell pepper, green onion, and shredded cheese. Once set and toasted in the oven, the egg boat goes overboard in the best ways with delicious flavors and a crispy bread texture.
