01:47 Similar to the veterans' pension after 1 January.

01:52 The 1947 issue of the National Convention on the Rights of the People.

01:55 The pension guarantee to the veterans.

01:57 Another Supreme Court ruling states that the failure to carry out the veterans' pension is a violation of the National Convention on the Rights of the People.

02:06 So what else is to be done?

02:10 So the pension issue, the 78,586 veterans before 1 January 2013, needs to be carried out.

02:19 In accordance with the Constitution and the military regulations.

02:23 So the government should be happy with the Supreme Court's decision.
