00:00 Newark Town Football Club were far from their best as the United Counties League Division
00:04 One promotion contenders drew one all at home against Renf on the 17th of February.
00:10 The Blues were without their captain Lewis Chambers who was away and Alex Hales led the
00:14 team out in front of 182 fans. Renf who sit on the bottom of the table and are highly likely to be
00:19 relegated at the end of the season got off to a flying start at the YMCA Newark and Sherwood
00:23 Activity Village when they opened the scoring. Thomas Bedford put the ball in the net for the
00:28 visitors as he capitalized on a poor pass back to beat Newark town keeper Theo Avery Brown who
00:34 could only watch as the ball rocketed by his right side. Newark managed to return fire soon after and
00:40 attacking pressure tied the match up in the 15th minute. Recent sighting Harry Wakefield scored a
00:46 powerful effort on debut. Newark later had a offside goal ruled ineligible. I'd like to thank
00:54 Craig Robertson for the footage.
