00:00 Welcome to my seaweed world. So what we have here is a container that's all lit up.
00:06 So this is our baby seaweed. So all of these little fragments in here are the baby seaweeds that we have in our hatchery.
00:13 They grow up and they keep growing. They don't ever stop growing.
00:17 So we keep them in these containers, we breed them up until they get to a really sort of dense, full tube of this material.
00:23 And then we move this material out into our big ponds outside.
00:27 When it's in the big ponds outside, it's all natural life, natural nutrients from the waterways,
00:32 water coming in from the ocean 100 metres away.
00:35 So these little babies will then harden up, they'll grow, they'll double, they'll grow, they'll double.
00:39 And when it's ready to harvest, we pull them out of the water, we dry them, and this is what we have here.
00:45 So that's not too much else to do. You dry the seaweed, you tumble it, you mix it, and it's straight away straight into the cow's mouth.
00:52 So it's from here to dry to cow. There's not much else to do.
