We offer you this super-easy recipe that you can prepare so that you can stock up for the winter. Just defrost it the moment you need some sunshine in the freezing cold of January. Roasted tomatoes:
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper

- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 28 oz peeled tomatoes
- 1 handle basil leaves
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 2 cups vegetable stock
- 2 Tbsp cream
