Ingredients:
4 Tomatoes
1 Onion
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 tbsp Rice Grains
Butter
Salt to taste
Water
Homemade Croutons (Fried Bread Pieces) for garnishing
Method:
- In a round bottom pan add tomatoes, onion, black pepper powder, rice grains, salt & water. Let everything boil on a medium flame will the rice grains and tomatoes become soft.
- Allow the mixture to cool down for some time.
- Grind the mixture to a smooth paste.
- Pass it through a strainer.
- Put the soup on a low flame and let it come to a boil.
- Add butter & black pepper powder.
- Garnish the Tomato Soup with croutons & serve
