You'll Need (for 12 tarts):
For the base broccoli tart crust:
- 17½ oz broccoli
- 4 oz parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
Here's How:
1. Cut the broccoli into florets and puree it with a hand blender. Add the remaining ingredients, one after the other, and mix everything together.
2. Press the broccoli mixture into the mold walls of a muffin pan and bake at 355°F for 25 minutes.
