00:04 The All Breeds Heifer Sale has just wrapped up here at Hamilton.
00:08 Rob, how did the sale go?
00:10 Oh, true there.
00:11 So, great line of Western District black heifers here today.
00:15 Your top end weights were sort of 320 to 350 kilos, your best black heifers.
00:21 They sold to the top, I think an hour run was $3.46 a kilo.
00:24 They went back to a stud, which they were sold by their cattle.
00:31 So, great to see them guys here and competition for their calves.
00:36 Yeah, so consistent between sort of $3 and $3.40 a kilo with a lot of cows making sort
00:44 of $3.20 for that sort of 320, 330 kilos black heifers.
00:48 So, a great line of calves.
00:50 Onto your Hereford heifers, your best year Hereford heifers went to, I think it was $3.40
00:57 for about 330 or 340 kilos.
01:00 So, same thing as black.
01:02 They went to repeat buys year in, year out of their stud progeny side calves.
01:08 So, great to see that competition come back again this year.
01:12 Onto your Euro type cattle, similar competition, cents a kilo on those also, which was probably
01:20 a trend we've seen this week also in the steers that they've sort of kept that cents a kilo
01:25 up with the others, which was great to see this year.
01:28 You know, anywhere from your good Simi cross heifers making sort of $3.10 to $3.15 a kilo
01:35 on your top end for sort of mid 300s to 330 weight.
01:40 So, great to see there.
01:41 So, I think it's been a pretty good week all in all.
01:43 So, we'll hope to see everyone back next year.
01:45 Thanks.
