00:07 Today I am going to make Tawa Chicken.
00:20 This will be used as a starter.
00:22 You can make a roll with Rumali Roti or eat it as a main course with Paratha.
00:29 We will make it dry.
00:31 What all ingredients are required for this?
00:34 This is boneless chicken and we have cut it into small pieces.
00:39 Because we will make it as a fast food.
00:41 It will be fast cooking.
00:43 Sometimes it gets stuck in teeth and the fibers get separated.
00:47 So we will take small pieces.
00:49 We are using curd.
00:51 We have green coriander, onion, tomato, turmeric and garam masala powder.
00:56 You can use the Tandoori chicken masala.
01:01 I am using the same masala.
01:04 We have finely chopped ginger, black pepper and garlic.
01:09 We will also use ginger garlic paste.
01:13 First we have to marinate the chicken.
01:16 I am using the Tandoori chicken masala.
01:21 I have added some red chilli powder while making this.
01:26 We will not use it.
01:28 We will add very little turmeric powder.
01:30 And little black pepper.
01:32 Mix it properly.
01:37 I will also add some ginger garlic paste.
01:41 Now we will add salt as per taste.

01:47 Now we will add 4 spoons of curd.
01:51 Use thick curd.
01:53 Now we will let it marinate for minimum 20 minutes.
01:58 If you are planning to make Tawa chicken, then marinate the chicken in the morning itself.
02:03 And in the evening you can make it fast like a fast food.
02:07 So our chicken has been marinating for 1 hour.
02:10 Now we will start the process of making Tawa chicken.
02:14 I have a fry pan.
02:16 And authentically this dish is made in butter.
02:20 In a lot of butter.
02:21 But we are not making it that rich.
02:24 So I am using oil.
02:26 If you want to eat a tasty dish, then use butter.
02:31 So first of all let the oil heat properly.
02:36 And we will add some finely chopped ginger.
02:41 The aroma of it starts to come.
02:43 We will add 2 finely chopped garlic cloves.
02:49 Now our garlic has changed its color.
02:51 Now we will add 1 finely chopped medium sized onion.
02:57 We will toss it and fry it till it becomes brown.

03:06 We will add some dry spices.
03:08 We have already added it while marinating the chicken.
03:11 But the masala that will be made of the Tawa chicken.

03:15 So we will add it little by little.
03:17 1 pinch of turmeric.
03:19 1/4 teaspoon of garam masala.
03:21 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper powder.
03:24 And we will mix all of this.
03:27 These dry spices cook very fast.
03:29 And burn very fast.
03:30 So we will add these finely chopped tomatoes.
03:33 To cook the tomatoes fast, always add a little salt to it.
03:39 Our tomatoes have become soft.
03:41 Now what we have to do is,
03:43 We will add our marinated chicken to it.
03:47 As we start cooking the chicken,
03:51 It will release its juices.
03:53 So it will become very juicy.
03:55 We will cook this chicken for 2-3 minutes on high flame.
03:59 And after that when its juices will release,

04:04 It will start cooking in 3-4 minutes.
04:06 Then we will cut it like this.
04:11 See the portion that is cooking has started to cut.
04:14 So we will cook this for 5 minutes on high flame.
04:19 So we have been cooking this chicken for 5 minutes.
04:21 You can see that the juices of the chicken have come all around.
04:24 We have to dry it a little more.

04:33 So we will press it like this.
04:40 One thing is that the pieces become small.
04:42 Second, the spices settle inside.
04:44 Third, the chicken does not remain chewy.
04:46 So I will give it a little richness by adding 1 spoon of fresh cream.
