00:17 Today I am going to Royal Kitchen.
00:20 And from there I am bringing a favorite recipe of Nizams for you.
00:26 Murgh Nizami or you can call it Chicken Nizami.
00:30 What all ingredients are required for this, I will tell you.
00:33 I have chicken, ginger and garlic.
00:35 This is garam masala.
00:37 See, the garam masala will give a bright smell.
00:41 If you use that garam masala, then this recipe will be very good.
00:46 Black pepper powder.
00:47 We will use some spices.
00:49 I have black cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, bay leaf, nutmeg, turmeric, salt, red chili powder, coriander leaves for garnishing, 2 big onions, and coconut milk.
01:04 So let's start making Murgh Nizami.
01:06 First of all, we have to marinate the chicken.
01:08 And we will add 1 big spoon of garam masala, 1/4th spoon of black pepper powder, and some salt.
01:18 And we have to coat it nicely in spices.
01:23 We will let it marinate for about 1 hour.
01:26 We will leave it.
01:27 And after that we will start the next process.
01:30 So our chicken is marinating for about 1 hour.
01:33 Now we will start the next process.
01:36 Let's start the process.
01:38 Take oil.
01:39 By the way, the authentic recipe is made in ghee.
01:42 Or you can use butter.
01:44 We will use oil.
01:46 Our oil is hot.
01:48 Now we will put the marinated chicken in the oil.
01:53 We have to cook it from all sides.
01:56 We have to cook it till it turns brown.
01:58 And till the time this chicken is getting fried, let's brown it a little more.
02:02 Till then let's prepare a masala.
02:04 To prepare the masala, in a grinder, I will add 1 bay leaf.
02:10 We will crush it and add it.
02:12 We will add about 5 cloves.
02:15 Because we are using coconut milk in this, it has a sweetness.
02:20 To counter that sweetness, the flavor of cloves is very good.
02:23 So I am adding about 5 cloves.
02:26 Along with it, you can add a big piece of cinnamon.
02:30 Add 1 black cardamom.
02:32 And I have a little nutmeg.
02:34 Grate it and add it.
02:39 Along with it, we will add 1/4 teaspoon of red chili powder.
02:43 Keep an eye on the chicken in the middle.
02:45 And keep stirring the chicken.
02:47 And now we will add about 5-6 garlic cloves.
02:53 I will add a little by cutting it.
02:57 And a small piece of ginger.
03:02 And along with it, we will add 2 onions.
03:07 And a little turmeric powder.
03:12 The chicken is getting fried.
03:15 It has turned brown nicely.
03:17 And we will grind this masala.
03:26 The masala is ground and the chicken is also browned nicely.

03:33 So now we will remove it.
03:35 And the oil that is left in the pan.
03:40 You can add a little more oil if you want.
03:43 But I think sufficient oil is enough.
03:46 So we will add the masala that we prepared.
03:50 The masala should not be raw.
03:54 So cook it for 5-6 minutes.
03:56 And if you feel that the oil is not getting separated and the masala is getting burnt.
03:59 Then add a little water and cook it.
04:02 But until the oil separates completely.
04:05 We will keep cooking the masala.
04:07 So our masala is on low flame.
04:10 We are cooking it for about 8-10 minutes.
04:12 And now it is cooked nicely.
04:14 The oil has also separated.
04:15 The masala has left the pan.
04:17 I have got fresh coconut milk.
04:19 Stir it nicely.
04:21 This is the first extract.
04:23 And this is about 1.5 cup coconut milk.
04:25 In this.
04:27 And mix it nicely.
04:31 And as soon as it starts getting hot.
04:33 We have to add a little more salt.
04:35 We had added salt in the masala.
04:37 And now we will add the chicken that we cooked.
04:40 This chicken inside it.
04:43 And we have to cook it till it gets thick.
04:46 By covering it nicely in the masala.
04:48 So that it goes inside the chicken.
04:50 If you want you can cover it on low flame.
04:53 So now we will cook it for about 2 minutes.
04:56 As much consistency you want.
04:58 As much consistency as you like.
05:00 If you like more gravy.
05:02 Then when it will get dry.
05:05 You can add water and let it boil.
05:08 And if you like thick chicken.
05:12 Then like this when the consistency of the gravy comes.
05:16 Cook it till that consistency.
05:18 We are cooking this chicken for 2 minutes.
05:20 And now the consistency we wanted.
05:23 That has come.
05:25 And lastly.
05:26 Just a little coriander leaves on top.
05:28 Let's serve it.
