00:17 Today we are going to make a healthy recipe
00:20 As you can see in front of me, I have Mushroom, Egg and Onion
00:26 Today we are going to make Mushroom Omelette, which is a very healthy recipe
00:30 Mushrooms are fat free, rich in Vitamin D, Potassium and protein
00:38 As this is a healthy recipe, I am using Mustard Oil
00:42 Let's see the ingredients, we will need Ginger Garlic Paste
00:47 I have chopped half an Onion
00:52 Black Pepper Powder, Coriander
00:54 Let's make Mushroom Omelette
00:55 First of all, we will saute the Mushrooms
00:58 Induction on, high flame
01:00 Add Mustard Oil
01:04 Oil is hot, let's add Mushrooms
01:07 Add Salt as per taste
01:11 Add Black Pepper Powder
01:14 We don't have to add anything else, this is enough
01:17 We will saute it until Mushrooms release all the moisture
01:21 Mushrooms have released all the moisture
01:26 Turn off the induction
01:28 Remove the Mushrooms
01:30 Let's prepare the Egg
01:35 Take a bowl
01:37 Add Egg, Spices, Salt
01:40 Add very less Salt as we have already added Salt in Mushrooms
01:47 Add Red Chilli Powder, we are using Black Pepper Powder in Mushrooms
01:55 Beat it
01:59 Add Ginger Garlic Paste
02:04 Add Coriander Powder
02:06 You can add as per your taste
02:08 Everything is mixed well, let's beat it
02:12 Before beating, add Mustard Oil so that it will heat up and egg will be beaten well
02:21 It is beaten well
02:26 Oil is hot, let's add Egg
02:30 Add sauteed Mushrooms
02:39 Add Green Chillies
02:41 I have kept 4-5 pieces, I will use it for garnishing
02:46 We will cook it for 2-3 minutes and then flip it
02:50 2-3 minutes are done, the bottom portion of Egg is golden brown
02:56 It is cooked, now let's flip it
03:02 It is golden brown, it means Egg is cooked from bottom
03:08 We will cook it for 2-3 minutes
03:12 2-3 minutes are done, bottom portion of Egg is cooked
03:16 Let's check it
03:18 You can see bottom portion of Egg is cooked
03:25 Mushroom Omelette is ready
03:27 Turn off the induction
03:29 Let's serve it
03:32 It is ready, our Mushroom Omelette is served
03:38 Let's garnish it
03:40 Add remaining Mushrooms
03:42 Add Coriander
03:44 Try it, it is very tasty and delicious
