00:00 All right, welcome back into Patriots Press Pass,
00:02 week 15 of the NFL.
00:05 It is myself, Mike Cadillac from WEI
00:07 with CLNS Media's Taylor Kyles,
00:09 as well as his cat, if you can't already see their tail,
00:13 poking up into the frame.
00:14 We have some fun.
00:15 We're having some pet fun today here on Press Pass.
00:18 As we get into, like I said, week 15 of the NFL
00:21 from the betting angle, as you know,
00:23 this segment is powered by and sponsored by FanDuel.
00:27 Go to fanduel.com/boston, and you get all your bonus bets
00:31 over there if you haven't signed up yet.
00:33 I know sports betting's been here for,
00:35 coming up on a year in Massachusetts,
00:37 but if you haven't signed up yet.
00:39 Yeah, coming up in March, I think.
00:40 So, fanduel.com/boston,
00:42 if you haven't got in on the action yet,
00:44 it'll give you a bunch of bonus bets over there.
00:46 So make sure you check it out and sign up through our link.
00:48 We're gonna go around the NFL like we always do.
00:52 We're gonna start with the Patriots,
00:53 who, Taylor, coming off a win last week
00:56 in Bailey Zappi's second start of the season.
00:58 They welcome in Pat Mahomes, Travis Kelsey, Taylor Swift,
01:03 to Foxborough this weekend,
01:04 and our eight and a half point underdogs at FanDuel.
01:08 The total is 37.
01:10 We've been down there all week,
01:12 checking out the vibes, watching some practice.
01:14 Chiefs coming off two losses, Patriots coming off the win.
01:19 What do you make of the matchup?
01:20 Do they have a chance?
01:21 Can they win their second in a row?
01:23 Can they catch the Chiefs, an off Chiefs team, I guess,
01:27 heading into the latter half or latter portion of the season,
01:29 or do the Chiefs, who are the Super Bowl champions,
01:32 continue to roll?
01:33 What do you make of the matchup?
01:35 - Yeah, man, I think that this is gonna be way too close.
01:39 'Cause one, you got the Patriots, obviously.
01:41 They have like the first half surge.
01:43 You're hoping, if you're on Team Tank,
01:44 that we're gonna see more of the second half
01:46 of what we saw than the first.
01:49 But one, the Chiefs' run defense
01:50 has not been good all season.
01:52 It's really the kind of scheme
01:53 where they try to take away the pass.
01:56 And if you wanna run,
01:56 they're just gonna wait until you get a negative play,
01:59 then they'll capitalize on that.
02:00 But I also think that the Chiefs' offense
02:03 just isn't in a place where you're scared
02:05 every time they touch the ball.
02:06 You're scared of Mahomes,
02:08 but you're not scared of his wide receivers.
02:09 You're scared of Kelsey.
02:11 But this isn't like the other matchups,
02:12 where first of all, Belichick plays Mahomes very well.
02:15 I love throwing out this stat any time they play.
02:18 Bill Belichick has shut Mahomes out.
02:20 Like, they've scored some rushing touchdowns,
02:21 but Patrick Mahomes has not thrown a touchdown
02:23 in one half of every game he's played against Belichick,
02:27 which is huge.
02:28 And I saw, I think Andrew Callahan even mentioned
02:30 that they allowed fewer points against Mahomes
02:32 every time they played.
02:33 So Belichick plays him very, very well.
02:34 - That's wild.
02:35 Yeah, he's getting better against him, which is insane.
02:36 Right.
02:37 - It's like the opposite of Josh Allen,
02:38 where Josh Allen just keeps getting better,
02:40 except for that last game.
02:42 But yeah, he's kind of,
02:43 that doesn't have Mahomes' number necessarily,
02:45 but they're two and two, so it's competitive.
02:46 And usually you have to worry about
02:49 Tyree Kill and Travis Kelsey.
02:50 That's usually been the big bugaboo.
02:52 And that's dictated a lot of their coverages
02:54 where they beat up Kelsey,
02:55 but they dedicate a lot of safety help
02:57 to making sure Tyree doesn't beat them.
02:59 So this is the first time we're going to see a Chiefs
03:01 in Mahomes' offense,
03:02 where Travis Kelsey is the only
03:04 really scary receiving threat.
03:06 I think it's going to be mostly Jalen Mills on him.
03:09 And we've seen Jalen Mills had trouble against Mesh,
03:12 where you have the two shallow crossers
03:14 trying to pick a guy off.
03:16 That's one where he had trouble against the Raiders
03:18 and the Chiefs, that's one of their main concepts.
03:20 And then against the scramble plays.
03:22 We saw against the Colts before the bye week,
03:25 there were three plays where Jalen Mills
03:27 kind of lost his guy on scramble drills.
03:29 And if that's Travis Kelsey,
03:30 that could end real bad for you with Mahomes.
03:32 So I think this is going to be a close game.
03:35 I think, what did it go down from like 10,
03:37 they were 10 point favorites,
03:38 now it's eight or something like that?
03:41 - It opened up at 10 and a half,
03:42 now it's eight and a half.
03:43 So Pats have gotten a couple of points
03:45 over the last few days, so.
03:46 - Yeah, so I think this one's going to be close.
03:48 I would take the Patriots honestly, I'd take the eight points
03:52 'cause I think that this defense is going to hold it
03:54 to like not a touchdown plus game.
03:57 That would be a little out of pocket, I think.
04:00 Then again, like maybe the Chiefs receivers
04:02 finally figure it out and turn it on.
04:03 I hope so, I hope they lose
04:05 because they have nothing to play for
04:06 but pride at this point.
04:07 And I told you I've had nightmares.
04:09 - And we want Drake May, yes.
04:11 - Like I've had nightmares
04:12 about them falling out of the top five.
04:14 So yeah, let's hope for a loss,
04:15 but realistically I do think this is going to be
04:17 a competitive one.
04:19 - Yeah, I've gone back and forth as far as the number.
04:21 Like, you mentioned it,
04:23 they've gone from 10 and a half point favorites
04:25 to the Chiefs to eight and a half.
04:26 I just think, we're high on Zappi,
04:29 we're high on how the offense looked
04:31 in that first half of the Steelers game.
04:32 And rightfully so, they did enough to win the football game
04:35 and he looked pretty good.
04:35 But at the end of the day,
04:37 it was like three or maybe four drives
04:39 where they put it together.
04:40 And other than that,
04:41 they went scoreless in the second half in Pittsburgh.
04:44 Zappi did make a mistake that turned into an almost pick six.
04:47 So like, yeah, he looked pretty good,
04:49 but can they really do it again against the Chiefs defense,
04:51 which is one of the better units in football.
04:53 So I don't think so.
04:55 I look at the number and I still think
04:57 the Chiefs can probably win this one by 10.
04:59 Like, yeah, it's not the Chiefs teams of before
05:01 where they're scoring 35 points a game.
05:02 But if they put up 24,
05:05 are the Patriots really going to score 21 again?
05:07 Like, I don't think so.
05:09 I look at and think about-
05:10 - Who on the Chiefs,
05:11 who on the Chiefs is scoring three touchdowns?
05:13 - Kelsey, I guess.
05:16 - I mean, you think the Patriots
05:17 always playing well too.
05:18 That's the thing.
05:20 They're not going to let it take the game over.
05:22 - I look at like Rasheed Rice too,
05:24 who's been pretty good.
05:24 I know he's a rookie
05:25 and Belichick will probably have an answer for him.
05:27 So I think it'll be close-ish.
05:31 I think it'll be low scoring.
05:32 I think I like under 37 or close to that.
05:35 Like, I don't think it's going to be terribly high scoring,
05:38 but at the end of the day,
05:39 if, you know, even if Butker puts in three field goals
05:42 or something and they hold Mahomes,
05:43 but they still get in range,
05:45 I think I'm still going to take the Chiefs at the point.
05:47 So I like the Chiefs minus eight and a half here.
05:49 I just, I don't know how much I trust that Patriots offense,
05:52 even after having a decent showing last week.
05:54 So that's the thought on Pat's Chiefs.
05:57 Let's move on, sticking in the AFC East.
06:00 We have the Jets versus the Dolphins.
06:02 The Dolphins are at home
06:04 and they are nine and a half point favorites.
06:07 The total in this one is, I want to say,
06:10 I just had it up and now I lost it.
06:11 The total is 37 and a half.
06:15 It's pretty low for a Dolphins game.
06:17 I thought I had a typo.
06:18 - And Zach Wilson, the forthcoming of Zach Wilson.
06:22 - Exactly, the AFC player of the week last week,
06:25 Zach Wilson.
06:26 The reason I went back to my FanDuel app
06:27 is because I had it written down on my sheet
06:29 and I thought it was a typo
06:30 because I thought 37 and a half was way too low.
06:32 But that is the case here.
06:35 So in Miami, Dolphins could put up 45 on their own.
06:39 They had quite the interesting game last week
06:42 where they kind of, it looked like they put it away
06:44 and then all of a sudden Will Levis and DeAndre Hopkins
06:46 and those guys came back and won the football game.
06:48 So Dolphins coming off a loss,
06:50 Jets coming off a big win,
06:51 where like I just mentioned,
06:52 Zach Wilson had his, like you said,
06:55 forthcoming AFC player of the week.
06:57 But nine and a half point favorites in the Dolphins,
07:00 37 and a half total.
07:02 What do you make of this matchup?
07:03 Did the Dolphins get the win?
07:04 Did the Jets keep rolling?
07:05 What do you think?
07:06 - Yeah, I wanna, you know, I'm trying,
07:08 I like to manifest on this show mostly.
07:10 I feel like a lot of my pictures,
07:11 things I want to happen.
07:12 And I'd like to say Zach Wilson's gonna keep it going,
07:15 but like this is, this big Fangio defense
07:17 is really finding its groove.
07:19 And obviously Jaylen Ramsey comes back.
07:21 That's a pretty big part of it
07:22 because he was a huge piece for you
07:23 and the familiarity with that system.
07:25 So yeah, I,
07:28 the Jets do have a pretty good defense,
07:31 but it's also, you wonder how their run defense
07:34 is gonna hold up this late in the season
07:35 against a really formidable Dolphins.
07:38 But then again, they lost so many offensive linemen too.
07:41 Oh man, this is tough.
07:42 I'll say this one is gonna be lower scoring.
07:47 I'll take the under in this one.
07:49 Just because it's really the Dolphins offensive line
07:51 that scares me.
07:52 It's like, I just remembered that.
07:53 And that's like, they really,
07:55 and that was a huge reason they gave up the game.
07:57 The two, as fast as his release is,
07:59 it's pretty tough when at times
08:01 you're allowing like instant pressure.
08:02 But again, you can't rely on the ground game,
08:04 which has been so good for them.
08:05 So I think they win, but what was the spread again?
08:09 - Eight and a half.
08:10 - Eight and a half.
08:12 I think they can cover that.
08:16 I'll take that, but I do think the point total
08:18 is gonna be lower than what we think.
08:20 - Oh, I'm sorry.
08:21 Nine and a half.
08:22 - Oh, nine and a half.
08:23 Oh, jeez, yeah.
08:23 I think they can win by 10.
08:26 - They still cover.
08:27 - So sure, yeah, yeah.
08:27 - Okay.
08:29 All right.
08:29 Yeah, I think the Dolphins come back in this one.
08:31 They're playing at home.
08:33 They like playing down in Miami.
08:34 They play better track meet football
08:36 down there at Miami Garden.
08:37 So I'm not gonna fall for the Zach Wilson juice
08:40 from last week.
08:41 I like him.
08:42 I think he's, you know, when he's good, he's fun to watch.
08:44 It kind of gives throwback vibes to him playing at BYU.
08:48 But at the end of the day,
08:48 the Dolphins are playing for more right now.
08:50 They're playing for seating.
08:51 Jets aren't playing for much besides the fact
08:53 that Aaron Rodgers could get cleared next week,
08:55 which I still find that incredibly hard to believe.
08:58 So I like the Dolphins minus, yeah,
09:01 Dolphins minus nine and a half.
09:03 And I like the over.
09:03 I think 37 and a half is way too low.
09:05 I'll probably be wrong there because, you know,
09:08 that's what happens to us on this show, but.
09:10 - Yeah.
09:11 - 37 and a half. - One of us is gonna be wrong.
09:12 - Yeah, exactly.
09:13 Yeah, we're picking opposite here.
09:15 So I like the over, Taylor likes the under,
09:17 and that's our picks for this AFC East matchup.
09:19 Before we continue on,
09:21 let's take a listen to our sponsors

10:13 So make sure you go check that one out.
10:15 Let's head, we're gonna stay in the AFC.
10:17 We're gonna go to the AFC South this time.
10:19 Just mentioned the Titans,
10:20 their comeback win against the Dolphins last week.
10:23 They are now headed to Houston to take on the Texans.
10:27 Oh, I'm sorry.
10:28 The Texans are going to Tennessee.
10:29 I'm sorry.
10:30 So they come back against the Dolphins.
10:31 Then they get to go home.
10:32 They welcome in the Texans who are also probably,
10:35 according to reports,
10:36 gonna be missing their starting star quarterback
10:39 in rookie CJ Stroud this week.
10:41 It sounds like Houston's getting Davis Mills ready to roll
10:43 as Stroud left last week's game with,
10:45 I believe what was a concussion.
10:47 So he's, yeah, so he's gonna be down and out.
10:50 He's been a stud.
10:51 He crept into not only the,
10:53 he's obviously the runaway rookie of the year,
10:55 but he crept into the MVP conversation
10:57 for a little while there as well.
10:59 Him and Bobby Slowick really have that offense going.
11:02 Titans, like I mentioned, comeback last week.
11:05 Sounds like Vrabel's not too happy there.
11:07 So that's, in my opinion,
11:09 gotta keep an eye on as this Patriots season
11:11 comes to a close.
11:12 I don't know if they're gonna try and swindle him
11:14 out of Nashville, but still games to play.
11:17 Titans are favorites with Davis Mills playing for Houston,
11:19 minus three, according to FanDuel,
11:21 another 37 and a half point total.
11:24 So Taylor, what do you make of this one?
11:26 Do Will Levis and the Titans continue to roll
11:29 after their comeback,
11:29 or does Davis Mills get stuff going
11:32 with Houston this week in Nashville?
11:34 - I'm buying stock in the Titans, man.
11:36 Like Will Levis, we said it last week.
11:38 Like he's a crazy person.
11:40 And you saw it when he had that last touchdown,
11:42 he goes to the sideline and I was like,
11:44 whoa, fired up Davis, or Will.
11:47 - Will Levis.
11:48 - Will Levis, fired up Will Levis is kind of scary.
11:51 But yeah, I'll go with the Titans.
11:54 That's the scary part.
11:56 Where like he gets excited and you see all the veins
11:58 and it's like, ah, ah, ah.
12:00 He's like, chest bumps the guy.
12:03 But yeah, I'll go with them.
12:04 Points, points, points.
12:07 Really, I think you said it a few weeks ago,
12:09 where as Patriots fans, we are just traumatized
12:11 at this point and we don't expect other teams can score.
12:14 That's really how I feel.
12:15 I'm like, oh, how do you do that?
12:17 - 37 points in a football game?
12:19 What the hell does that even mean?
12:21 - Yeah, man, we're down bad.
12:24 But yeah, I'll say, I'll go with the under
12:26 in this one as well.
12:27 Like I don't think it's gonna be fireworks necessarily.
12:29 Wasn't even fireworks against the Dolphins.
12:31 So yeah, modest, modest score.
12:33 - Yeah, I agree, modest score.
12:35 I'll go under 37 and a half as well.
12:37 I think I like the Titans too.
12:38 I think I like what they have.
12:39 I think Vrabel, as I mentioned before,
12:41 is a guy who people wanna continue to play for,
12:44 despite, like I saw there was a,
12:48 I don't think it was a mic'd up, but you read his lips.
12:50 And like, he was just, he was in the face
12:52 of his kicker Turner who like mopped the punt.
12:54 He was like trying to make excuses.
12:55 Like we don't effing care.
12:56 Like, I don't know.
12:57 I just, I like his fire.
12:59 I think people gravitate towards it down there.
13:01 And so I think they keep winning.
13:03 'Cause I don't trust, as much as I liked Davis Mills
13:06 for a while as sort of the Deshaun Watson
13:08 fill in down there, they're gonna certainly miss a beat
13:11 without CJ Stroud.
13:12 So I like the under, I like the Titans minus three.
13:15 Another AFC East game with the Cowboys heading
13:19 to Buffalo to take on the Bills.
13:21 This game, this one's gonna be fun.
13:23 This is gonna be a fun game.
13:25 - This game is gonna be the one that like gets Dak
13:28 the legitimate MVP of the talk.
13:30 Because I think it's already getting,
13:31 like it's getting generated,
13:33 but I feel like people still think that Dak isn't that dude.
13:36 When we've seen throughout his career
13:38 that he has these stretches of like,
13:39 you can't really stop him.
13:41 If he's locked in and he's not like,
13:43 his receivers are actually catching passes.
13:45 Like last year, all the interceptions during the year,
13:47 we're like, yeah, but he's getting tipped.
13:49 Like I watched all of his interceptions last year.
13:51 Most of them weren't on him.
13:53 Like there's some where you're like, maybe,
13:55 but I mean, yeah, he's bowing right now.
13:57 And especially with Josh Yowin on that stage,
13:59 if he wins, I really do think that it's gonna be like,
14:02 okay, yeah, you gotta start taking Dak seriously.
14:05 Not, you know, calling him a game manager or whatever.
14:07 I know it's not always an insult, but like he's a baller.
14:10 He's a game changer.
14:11 - Yeah, I'm completely with you.
14:13 I think he's the favorite to win MVP right now at Fandle.
14:16 It's him and Brock Purdy.
14:17 But if you wanna get some value in it,
14:20 I know, but Purdy's an insane one too.
14:22 But if you want some value on Dak,
14:23 like Taylor mentioned, if he wins and goes into Buffalo
14:26 and wins this one this week,
14:27 his numbers only gonna get shorter.
14:28 So if you think you can win MVP,
14:31 go take him now over at Fandle.
14:32 But they are underdogs in Buffalo.
14:35 Bills are one and a half point favorites,
14:37 a high total of 50 and a half,
14:39 both high flying offenses.
14:42 Bills had a little bit of a downtick
14:44 before they fired Ken Dorsey,
14:46 but now they've kind of rolled back in here with Joe Brady.
14:48 They win last week controversially, I guess, in Kansas City,
14:51 even though it wasn't really a controversy
14:53 because Kedarious Tony was offside.
14:55 We can talk about that.
14:56 That's another conversation for another day.
14:59 You mentioned it, Taylor.
15:00 Dak can get himself to be the MVP of the league
15:03 with a win in Buffalo.
15:04 So does he ultimately do that this weekend
15:07 at Highmark Stadium?
15:09 - I think so, 'cause I think the Cowboys are just a really,
15:11 and I think that's something
15:12 that people also take away from Dak,
15:14 is like you think of the defense.
15:15 It's like, sure, you think of the defense,
15:16 but also think of their offense.
15:18 Like it's all him.
15:19 If there's CD, obviously CD's a monster,
15:21 but every great quarterback has-
15:22 - Brandon Cooks always plays well too, everywhere he goes.
15:25 I love that guy. - But all these good
15:26 passing offenses have like a couple of those guys.
15:28 Brandon Cooks is a mortal pretty much,
15:30 and he's finally, now that he's healthy
15:32 and he's catching fire.
15:34 So yeah, I think that they're just so well-rounded.
15:36 I don't think the Bills have that to the same degree,
15:40 especially like in the trenches.
15:41 I think the Bills have a solid offensive line,
15:43 but like this is a bunch of game records for the Cowboys.
15:47 So I think they pull this one off,
15:49 and I think it's high scoring.
15:51 I think this is gonna be a game
15:52 where we see like two or three punts.
15:54 - Yeah, I think so too.
15:55 Last week, the Cowboys-Eagles game,
15:58 I bet the over in that one,
16:00 and it looked like it was gonna go,
16:01 and then it didn't because the Eagles just fell off,
16:03 and they didn't get the points for me.
16:05 But this week with Cowboys and Bills now,
16:09 with the Bills rolling on offense as well,
16:11 I like the over 50 and a half here.
16:13 And I think I'm with you.
16:14 I like the Cowboys.
16:15 I like what that team's doing.
16:16 I don't know if, they're weird,
16:18 and they, they'll shut themselves off in the playoffs,
16:21 probably like they always do.
16:22 But regular season Dak, regular season Mike McCarthy,
16:25 the way they're playing right now
16:26 with sort of that chip on their shoulder,
16:28 even though they're one of the best teams in the NFC,
16:31 I like them as underdogs in this one.
16:33 So Cowboys plus one and a half.
16:35 And me and Taylor both like the over 50 and a half.
16:38 We're gonna get into the last two games here,
16:41 Sunday night football and Monday night football.
16:43 But before we do,
16:44 let's take a listen to our friends over at SeatGeek.
16:47 - So I've been looking for the best deal on Celtics tickets,
16:51 and with over 28 million downloads,
16:53 SeatGeek is the number one rated ticketing app.
16:56 There are more than 70,000 events

17:04 you don't wanna miss out.
17:05 SeatGeek has your tickets to every game.
17:07 Plus artists like Travis Scott are on tour.
17:10 They put all the tickets across the web in one place
17:13 to make sure you're getting a good deal.
17:14 Each ticket is rated on a scale of one to 10.
17:16 So look for the green dots.
17:18 Green means good and red means bad.
17:20 Every ticket is backed by their buyer guarantee.
17:23 And SeatGeek is the only site
17:24 that lets you return your tickets
17:26 ahead of the event with swaps.
17:29 So as you know, I always come through for you guys.
17:32 You can use my code, DREAMERSPRO,
17:36 for $20 off tickets at SeatGeek.
17:39 That's $20 off your first purchase
17:42 with promo code DREAMERSPRO.
17:45 Make sure you check the link in the description
17:47 to download the app.
17:48 - So before we finish this one off
17:58 with these two Sunday night football
18:00 and Monday night football games,
18:01 that SeatGeek ad we just listened to,
18:03 go DREAMERSPRO, give us some love there over at SeatGeek.
18:08 But interesting ticketing market thing from this week.
18:11 You can get into the Panthers game on Sunday for 45 cents.
18:16 45 freaking cents for that game.
18:18 Like, I don't know how, look, the Panthers stink
18:21 and they're not that fun to watch.
18:22 But if I was in Carolina and I had nothing to do on Sunday
18:25 and I needed to pay two freaking quarters
18:27 to get into that football game,
18:28 why the heck wouldn't you go?
18:30 - It's funny.
18:30 Literally you hand them two quarters
18:32 and they go, "Sir, this is too much."
18:34 (laughing)
18:35 - Yeah, they have to find change for two quarters.
18:38 So it's insane.
18:39 But I could do it.
18:40 - Do football stadiums have nickels?
18:41 Like, why?
18:42 - I don't know, literally.
18:43 Yeah, right.
18:44 - I would just make it free at that point
18:46 if I was a billionaire.
18:47 Like, it's way more embarrassing.
18:49 - Right.
18:50 - Just, at least you look good.
18:51 Right, like that's just wild.
18:53 - It's insane.
18:54 But anyway, moving on, Sunday night football.
18:57 Ravens at Jaguars.
18:58 Ravens minus three and a half.
19:01 42 and a half point total in this one.
19:03 The Jaguars, I love the Jaguars.
19:06 I love Trevor Lawrence.
19:07 I think we've talked about him on this show.
19:08 I don't think, I think he doesn't get as much love
19:11 as he really should.
19:12 Everyone tries to compare his numbers to Mac Jones's.
19:15 Like, they've had the same start to their careers.
19:17 Like, no, they haven't.
19:18 Sorry, just haven't done it.
19:20 - It's so different.
19:21 - And they're gonna make the playoffs
19:22 and they're, you know, a sneaky contender in the AFC
19:25 because they have a guy who can do just about everything
19:29 from the quarterback position.
19:30 On the other side of the football this weekend,
19:31 the Ravens, they add a quarterback to their room this week
19:34 with Malik Cunningham, former Patriot.
19:37 Malik Cunningham signed to their active roster this week.
19:39 I saw a pretty, pretty cool photo the Ravens posted
19:43 of Lamar and Malik at practice.
19:45 Malik rocking number 12 over there.
19:47 Kind of looks like, kind of looks like a baller,
19:49 not gonna lie.
19:50 A little Louisville reunion for them.
19:53 But they come into this one as underdogs.
19:55 Three and a half point dogs.
19:57 Like I said, 42 and a half points is the total at FanDuel.
20:01 Ravens at Jaguars, Taylor, a AFC East matchup
20:04 that has a lot of playoff implications in it.
20:06 What do you make of it?
20:07 Who wins it with the Jags at home on Sunday Night Football?
20:10 - I feel like I keep seeing the Jags defense get embarrassed
20:15 and just like not hold up very well.
20:17 And I don't think that's gonna change against the Ravens.
20:19 And then the Jaguars offense, like Trevor Lawrence is great,
20:22 but it always feels like there's something
20:23 holding them back, whether it's like the receivers
20:26 not doing enough, kind of like a Patrick Mahomes situation
20:29 or even Calvin Ridley.
20:30 Like sometimes I don't really know if they're
20:32 on the same page and he has his drop problem a little bit.
20:36 Usually you don't really care about drops
20:37 with great receivers because they give you more
20:39 than what their drops are, but he also has some big ones.
20:43 So I think I'm gonna take the Ravens just because I believe
20:47 in the Jaguars keeping competitive.
20:49 I think it'll be a relatively close game,
20:51 but I don't see the Jaguars pulling one out against them
20:55 while we're on the team like the Ravens.
20:56 - I am every week falling more and more in love
21:00 with this Ravens team and just how Lamar Jackson plays
21:03 and that offense clicks and goes and their defense is nasty.
21:06 And even without Mark Andrews, Isaiah likely playing well too
21:09 like I just, I really do.
21:12 Isaiah Flowers has been awesome for them as well lately.
21:14 Like I just, they're clicking at the right time.
21:17 And you're right, I mean, I don't think it's Lawrence's
21:19 fault, but even he's hurt.
21:20 So like they're a little down and out.
21:23 I still think they're gonna ultimately win the AFC South
21:25 and like, you know, that's all gonna play out
21:28 and they're gonna get a good seating and everything.
21:29 But yeah, I think I'm with you.
21:31 I think I gotta take the Ravens in this one.
21:33 And I like the over 42 and a half.
21:35 I think both offenses will sneaky score in this one.
21:38 So I think, yeah, Lamar gets going.
21:41 Lawrence with another week of sort of rehabbing his ankle
21:44 might get their offense going a little bit too.
21:46 But I think the Ravens ultimately get this one,
21:49 get this one done in Jacksonville this week.
21:51 So finally, Monday night football,
21:54 a slot with the Patriots where the Patriots
21:56 were supposed to play, but they got flexed out
21:59 for the Philadelphia Eagles taking on the Seattle Seahawks.
22:03 I think if the NFL could take it back,
22:05 they would probably have kept the Patriots and Chiefs
22:08 now that they kind of look at this one.
22:09 I think Patriots coming off a win,
22:12 Chiefs coming off of the controversy
22:15 and Mahomes and Reed flipping out, what have you.
22:17 Taylor Swift being in the building
22:19 versus an Eagles team that's lost two straight
22:21 and the Seahawks team that's fallen off
22:23 over the last month and a half.
22:24 I don't know.
22:24 I still think that Chiefs would put butts in seats
22:29 and put eyeballs on TV screens,
22:30 but I'm not an ESPN executive
22:33 and I don't make the decisions on the flex.
22:35 So we got to talk about Eagles versus Seahawks.
22:37 Eagles are three point favorites on the road.
22:39 The total is 47 and a half points.
22:41 Like I mentioned, Phillies lost two straight.
22:44 I think the Seahawks won last week,
22:46 but they've overall, I think they've lost
22:48 like three or four or four or five.
22:49 So they've fallen off a little bit.
22:51 Two birds on Monday Night Football.
22:53 Which one ekes it out in the end, Taylor?
22:55 - I'm gonna go with the Seahawks
22:58 just 'cause I know the Eagles defense has been really rough.
23:02 And just the firepower that the Seahawks have.
23:05 Obviously these are two pretty high power teams offensively,
23:07 but also Jalen Hurts is injured.
23:09 Their offensive line isn't quite as good as it usually is.
23:12 So these are teams I haven't followed their decline
23:15 super, super closely.
23:17 So I don't want to start getting
23:18 into like weird speculation territory.
23:20 - Sure.
23:21 - But I'll give this one to the Seahawks
23:23 since they do have a little more momentum.
23:25 Yeah, I'll go with them.
23:27 I'll go with them.
23:28 It's really the Eagles are going through it right now.
23:30 - Yeah, that's kind of why I think
23:32 I got to take the Eagles here.
23:33 I think they know that they're going through it.
23:35 I think they need to go get a win.
23:37 They can't afford to lose a third straight game
23:39 after they come in this season.
23:42 NFC defending champions and rolling at the beginning.
23:45 Like they need to get a win under their belt
23:47 and I think they know it.
23:48 So that's why I'm going to go Eagles minus three.
23:51 And I think I liked the over 47 and a half too.
23:53 You mentioned high powered offenses,
23:55 even with the Seahawks kind of falling off a little bit,
23:58 they're still scoring points.
24:00 And I just think the Eagles last week
24:02 couldn't find the end zone,
24:03 but that's going to change this week in Seattle.
24:06 So I'm going to take the over 47 and a half
24:08 and I'm going to take the Eagles minus three.
24:10 That's going to do it for myself.
