00:12 Today we will teach you how to make Usal
00:14 Usal is a famous dish of Maharashtra
00:18 For this we have to soak the yellow peas or white peas overnight
00:25 And in the morning, we have to boil it in a pressure cooker with a little salt
00:31 Usal is a thin gravy but it is very spicy
00:38 It is a red gravy, thin, peas gravy and it is eaten with this pav
00:44 So let's start making Usal
00:46 First of all, let's add 2 spoons of oil
00:50 Let the oil heat up
00:56 After adding oil, we will add half spoon of mustard seeds or mustard seeds
01:03 Now we will add half spoon of cumin seeds or cumin seeds
01:11 Now let's cook it a little
01:16 As soon as the cumin seeds change color, add curry leaves
