00:03 Well, I got some out of the world food at Taco Roswell, which is right next door.
00:08 And Jesse's here with me to tell me about a couple of their favorite things.
00:11 And I'll tell you, I'm looking down here
00:14 and seeing something that definitely makes it Taco Roswell.
00:17 A taco board. What's going on down there, Jesse?
00:20 Yeah, most definitely over here.
00:22 We got a veggie taco.
00:23 We got a chicken salsa verde taco and a pork carnitas taco
00:28 and a ground beef hard shell taco.
00:30 Oh, my gosh. Looks so good.
00:31 And that's what you guys are known for because it's Taco Roswell.
00:35 But then I see a couple of little plates here.
00:37 What do we got right here?
00:38 This is just our pork carnitas burrito and just a couple of our sides.
00:42 We fried beans, Spanish rice and black beans with some cotija cheese on top.
00:46 I love it. Now we know that this is definitely an area for the kids here
00:49 at the Arizona Boardwalk.
00:50 And so I like that you have a little kids quesadilla or adult quesadilla.
00:54 What is that? This is adult quesadilla.
00:56 We put sorry, some salsa verde sauce inside
01:00 and we can add whatever meat you like, whether it's ground beef,
01:04 carnitas or chicken.
01:06 There you go. And of course, you can't forget about the cocktails here.
01:11 I like this. A couple of different margaritas over here.
01:13 What is this one?
01:13 Yeah, this is our margarita board.
01:15 We have mango, strawberry and a small classic.
01:19 Oh, my goodness.
01:20 And of course, you have a beers here for those who want to do that.
01:22 And you have just the class margarita.
01:24 But also you have soft drinks and stuff for the kids and stuff, right?
01:27 Yes, we got Coke products.
01:28 So I like this.
01:29 And you guys are pretty much only been up here for how long now?
01:31 Roughly six months.
01:33 This is really cool.
01:34 So you got a place you can come eat and enjoy
01:36 while you're doing the different things around here.
01:37 It's really nice.
01:38 What are your hours, though? That's very important.
01:40 Our hours are from ten to six or ten to four,
01:44 depending on the weekends from Monday to Thursday and Friday to Saturday.
01:47 I like that. And everything you got right here, they've got pretzels.
01:50 They got all kinds of stuff.
01:51 When the TVs are going, they got sports up here.
01:53 So you can enjoy the kids and go out and have fun and have a great meal and everything.
01:57 So it's Taco Roswell right up here next to the Out of the World place.
02:02 And of course, in between the Ripley's, believe it or not, at the Arizona Boardwalk.
02:06 And we're having a good time up here. So it's fun.
