These are my go to full body cardio sessions. So many goodies on this workout. I can't wait for the full body days and hope you like them just as much as I do.
8-12 reps x 4 sets
1. Dumbbell squat swings 2. Static high knee with opposing arm curls - repeat on other side
3. Chest flies with pike ups
4. Lateral squats with single arm presses
5. Switch jump lunge to lunge forward and reverse
6. Renegade rows to push up.
