My training today, focused on the quadriceps (last exercise for hamstrings). I finished with a 5min jump squat (I got 4set x15rept each exercise (exercise 2 50sec).

I was dead but happy, it's hard for me to train quadriceps If they do the exercises in a super series of 2 exercises like I did, even better!
