This can be pre workout, post workout or snack to satisfy that sweet tooth, which I have

Instructions:

-2.5 cups of ice

-3/4 cup of plant based milk. I used

Unsweetened Coconut Milk

-2 tablespoons of dissolvable coffee (good

quality instant coffee works)

-2 packets op 1.6g of RAW stevia (or other

natural sweetener of choose) below

-60 grams of Chocolate Protein Powder in

weight. This for me was 2 scoops/2 servings -1 medium banana -BLEND on high for at least 2 minutes till you

get the mousse consistency -Dust with cocoa powder (optional but amazing)
