00:39 - So we've got about 320 athletes,
00:42 probably a couple hundred spectators.
00:44 Ever since we started this,
00:45 we always like to let the spectators come for free
00:48 to generate an atmosphere and make it feel crowded and busy
00:53 and gets the athletes going.
00:55 So we've been taking part in, like I said,
00:57 five workouts with various crossfit movements,
01:00 with the barbell, gymnastics, some running,
01:02 some rowing, over the course of the day.
01:05 We've evened it up so some people will have strengths
01:08 and weaknesses that will get highlighted.
01:10 But we try and make it all inclusive.
01:12 So because it's in a team of four,
01:14 they can split the work as they need
01:16 and can play to their strengths as well
01:18 throughout the team.
01:19 Yeah, so this is our sixth event now.
01:22 There's 75 teams of four people competing.
01:27 So we got two males, two females in each team.
01:30 They take on five workouts over the whole day
01:33 and then the scores tally up
01:35 and we see who finishes in the top spot.
01:38 - Just what are the plans for the future with the event,
01:41 mate, and how are the events evolving as time goes on?
01:44 - So our next event is April next year.
01:48 I think we're going with teams of three
01:50 for that one of same sex.
01:52 We did that last year and it was very successful,
01:53 so we'll run that one again.
01:56 Evolving-wise, we're just trying to keep them interested
01:59 and keep them varied so that when people do return,
02:02 if they've done it before,
02:02 they're experiencing something new
02:04 pushing ourselves to new limits on different movements.
