Fitness fanatics from across the area banded together as they raised over £1800 for good causes.
Crossfitters from the Fosse Way Crossfit Box in Newark conducted a different CrossFit workout for an hour over 12 hours.
"The layout of the day is that every hour we do a different famous
CrossFit workout," said box member Clare Lawrence.
"Lots of people have joined in for the full 12 hours, some have joined in for six or three hours and they raise money as they go."
"We are raising money for a defibrillator for the gym and then any excess funds that we raise will go to the Children's Bereavement Centre here in Newark," said fellow Fosse Way Box member Jessica Young.
