Heavy rain hits Glasgow
Strong blustery winds are set to hit Glasgow after the city was battered with heavy rain over the last couple of days.
The Met Office forecast heavy rain to continue to fall throughout today and will carry on through to Friday with strong winds coming from the south west.
Today (October 6), Glasgow will feel winds reaching speeds of up to 37 miles per hour by 2pm which will ease to 30mph until 10pm tonight.
