Clean Hang Pulls --> Clean & Jerks187.5lb

Weights: 137.25lb, 160lb, 187.5lb & 210.5lb
After the One Hand Clean & Jerks, I moved on to some technique work for Clean & Jerks. Clean Hang Pullus followed by Cleans seemed to work great. This helps me get the groove of standing up tall to finish snapping the weight up. I am Blessed with how well training is going right now!! god Bless!
