ARISTA DI MAIALE AL FORNO
INGREDIENTS:
(Doses for 4 people)
a pork arista, garlic, sage, rosemary, bay leaf, parsley, salt, pepper, white wine
PREPARATION:
Prepare a mixture with garlic, sage, rosemary, bay leaf, parsley, salt and pepper
