St Therese's baptism, Alencon

This is a view of the side chapel in Notre-Dame d'Alencon Church where St. Therese was baptised on Jan.4, 1873. The chapel is now dedicated to her. Shown is the baptismal font and her christening gown is displayed on the wall to the left. There was a great deal of noise in the church because the video was filmed shortly before the Pontifical Mass on Oct.18, 2008 celebrating the upcoming beatification of Louis & Zelie Martin in Lisieux the next day. The choir was rehearsing in the background.
