Possessions of St Therese's father, Louis Martin

Uncle Isidore Guerin highlights some possessions belonging to Louis Martin. He mentions Zelie's jewelry, not visible and asks why so little jewelry of Therese remains---because she gave it to the Basilica at Montmartre in Paris to be melted for the monstrance. Some books are mentioned that the family read in the evening such as L'Annee liturgique de Dom Gueranger. He mentions also a sculpture of Louis' hair shaped as flowers, his pocket watch with his childrens' names engraved on it, his coin purse containing an 1873 coin of 5 francs he kept as a remembrance of Therese's birth. Lastly he shows the little traveling bag that Louis allowed Therese to carry on the pilgrimage to Rome. This was filmed on Oct. 16, 2008 during a costumed evening visit to the St. Jacques exhibit hall in Lisieux where possessions of the Martin and Guerin family were displayed.
